St. Thomas Church (Sv. Tomas) --- founded in 1228 and remodeled in baroque style in 1720's, the church is one of the most significant churches in the area. Today the Parish at St. Thomas is one of the most active in all of Prague, having not only a Czech parish but also and English and Spanish one as well. Masses are held each Sunday: Czech: 9:30 English: 11:00, Spanish: 12:30

We flew in and went right to this church for mass at 2pm on Sunday. The taxi driver asked why we would go to this church as it isn't really a tourist attraction and I said it has English Mass. What is amazing to me...More

There are most probably a lot of more famous churches than this one, but it is worth to visit. It is quiet and not too much visitors. The church is also beautiful as most of the Prague churches.

We passed by the church on two occasions on separate days at a time when the guidebooks indicated that the church would be open. The sign outside the church also said the church was supposed to be open at that time. But it was locked....More

It is either at 2pm or 230pm. I think it is 2pm. But, check online and they have a facebook page. Good luck and enjoy Prague.
