PAVEL'S PERSONAL PRAGUE TOUR.

  Daily at 11 a.m. Duration: 4 hours

- all historic quarters

- finger food & 0.5 L beer will be served

- visit of the unique 12 century underground palace

With many years of tour guiding experience under my belt and with a deep passion for Prague *I specialize in giving walking tours of the historical centre of Prague from a local and personal perspective. My tour last about 4 hours and we take in all the historical quarters of Prague.

The wonderful OLD TOWN, the mysterious JEWISH QUARTER, the charming LESSER TOWN and the magnificent HRADCANY TOWN & PRAGUE CASTLE. On our way we also cross the gothic CHARLES BRIDGE.

My groups are small, an average of just 6 people which allows really good personal communication. Our tour finishes in the oldest palace in Prague with a fantastic 12th century underground ! In the end you will be served finger food & 0.5L beer. I may even play live guitar songs for you.

                                                          With warm greetings from Pavel

We met Pavel in the old town area and immediately liked him. He took us on a large loop through Prague and his knowledge of many historical details added tremendously to the experience. At the end he took us into the patio of a bar and we were served a platter of cheese and sausage and local beer. Then he... More

We fell in love with Prague on our first day here and wanted to get to know the city better. This tour was a fantastic way to see it all and get all our questions answered. The rain was torrential but Pavel was entertaining and very informative. We were very lucky that the other tourists meant to be on the... More

My husband and I just did the Terezin concentration camp private tour with Pavel. His knowledge and passion on the subject made for a wonderful experience. He had detailed accounts and stories that made you feel like you were brought back in time and were watching the events unfold in front of your eyes. If you want the real deal,... More

We had a fantastic time doing Pavels personal walking tour through Prague. So much information but easily understood through visiting the sights. Well worth the time as it wasn't commercial like most it was much more personal! Thank you I will recommend this tour to others 👍👍

We toured Praha today with personal tour guide, Pavel, on the four hour walking tour. What an amazing tour it was! The best tour experience I've ever had! We were a small group of four so we were able to hear all that was said, had lots of opportunities to ask questions, and Pavel's historical knowledge is vast and he... More

Pavel limits the number of participants on each tour to no more than 6 - this allows him to give personal attention to each person over the 4 hours. My wife and I had Pavel all to ourselves and he kept us busy for more than 4 hours - the beer, wine and snacks at the end of the tour... More

We've just returned from a fantastic day with Pavel! He was so generous with his knowledge and time. My Mom, sister and I really enjoyed having such a personal tour - we could stop and ask as many questions as we liked and had lots of opportunities for impromptu photo stops. Pavel very kindly adapted the tour to meet out... More

Pavel is a local guide who has a passion for Prague. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the city, as well as how that history connects into the broader events going on in the rest of the world at that time. We went through several neighborhoods on the tour and visited mainy key sites. I was really impressed... More

My classmate and I decided to take a last minute trip to Prague. We were in Prague for two days and wanted to get the best out of the city and Pavel made it possible with his tour! We got to know the beauty full Prague and it's history by foot in just a couple of hours. Pavel seemed to... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
