I want to add our experience to other's. We were told that the price would be $2500 but they put $3300 on the card assuring us that the VAT would reduce the price to $2500 as agreed. When we went to claim the VAT, we were told they could not pay us. This is a company that should be avoided... More

A day trip to Cesky krumlov is time well spent. The town has only 8 streets all nestled in the "S" curve of the river. |start your visit at the gardens at the top of the town and wind your way down through the castle to the bridge to the lower town. The town itself is filled with quaint little... More

We were picked up at 9am, our driver was not the best. He frequently took the bus out into oncoming traffic to overtake in the single lanes, rode the bumpers of cars in front often resulting in harsh breaking and jerking. At one point in Vienna he even drove up the wrong side of a one way street, which resulted... More

We had a short visit to Prague with our 10 year old son. Decided on the 3 hour tour which takes you round all the sites in a minibus. Then an hour around about the castle. A walk back to the bus with 2 options of where you can dropped off. It was perfect gave us an idea of where... More

I'm glad this tour was good, because the one to karlovary was bad! This tour guide, Albert, was educated, informed, and funny...on such a serious tour. I enjoyed the tour and it flowed nicely. The bus driver that did karlovary was the bus driver on this trip too. But he was much more behaved ie wasnt rude and dodnt smoke... More

Really enjoyed our day trip from Prague to the Pilsner Brewery and the Nizbor Bohemian Glass Factory. Did a small group tour with Gray Line Eastern European Tours and had a local Guide, Peter, who was really friendly and excellent. We ended up being the only people who booked our tour on the day we went so our family basically... More

Cesky Krumlov is a city that is located 3 hours drive from Prague. It is definitely worth going! Castle is closed during winter months starting November, and the day we went happened to be rainy/cloudy but it was still a beautiful town!!!! Everywhere we looked there was a photo to be taken. We still captured the view of the entire... More

If only I had seen the listed review before I bought earrings in this store. I agreed on a price with the sale girl. My husband was holding the credit cards so she gave him the receipt to sign for $200 more than the agreed price. When seeing this at the airport it was too late to do anything about... More

We booked this trip through Viator and the trip was TERRIBLE. They advertise 3-4 hrs. to get the Vienna. It took almost 5 hrs. to get there and over 4 hrs. to get back. When I asked the tour guide how they can advertise 3-4 hrs. when it took almost 4 1/2 hrs without any traffic she said it was... More

I booked this tour vita Viator and it was a disaster! From viator's web: "After three to four hours of driving along Danube, Europe's longest river, arrive in Vienna" We left Prague at 9:16 am and arrived Vienna at 2:10pm. Not ven close to four hrs, less three. There were no accidents and the roads were clear. From viator's "Along... More
