Our driver/guide had only been to Salzburg twice! Did not know way around, went down one way streets, did not know anything about the place. Example-asked how old Old town was, response "Very old." We literally drove around in circles for an hour before we could get out. Couldn't find parking, so we couldn't get out of the van. Finally "guide" agreed to let us walk around on our own. Again, did not know way around, history, or any of the sights to see! (Asked if they were from the area and they said no, I have been here only two times!!!) Very disappointed! Especially since we spent so much money!!

I can only recommend, we were welcomed by a polite driver at the airport. He helped us with our luggage and took us safe to our hotel. Nice service

collected our baggage and praying I would see someone with my name on a card as we went through the doors to departure lounge , no worries there he was first in line . Thank you Viator .

Good to have reliable transportation the first day arriving in a new country. The driver met us in the Prague arirport, our name on his sign.Customs was REAL easy and efficient
