A great experience to see 40.000 bones in a church arranged to arms, candelabers and other sculptures. A reminder for the living that life does not last forever. Take the combined ticket with St Barbara’s Cathedral and the Sedlec Cathedral of the assumption of Mary....More

Tour guide provided repetitious drivel about buildings and apples. Disappointed. You’re also not allowed any drinks and we had to throw them out being yelled at by the driver and tour guide. Don’t bother.

My expectations far outweighed the reality... The Ossuary was smaller than I had expected and did not overwhelm me with anything out of the ordinary. Very So-So.

The bone Church was actually very tastefully done. The arrangement of the bones were used to create beautiful artwork. Once you understand the story behind the use of the bones you realize that the bones were being honored! The site is handicapped accessible.

Absolute dud and blatant tourist trap. Interesting back story as holy ground where thousands were buried (on top of one another) and how the (macabre) displays of bones is intended to dispel fear of death, etc. Today though, it is a tiny and dank privately...More

So incredibly interesting! It’s amazing what they produced from the remains of 60,000 people. If you only have time to see one thing in Kutna Hora, this should be it!

It is a 30 minutes sightseeing. Unfortunately there is no sufficient information of the history. Origin and ... not very clear. But worth driving 50 minutes from Prague

I have no probleme with bones and cemetaries but this place was a bit strange to me. To build ornaments from human bones was out of my taste. The worst thing was that some tourist made selfies with a bone piles in the background. It...More

This is a small interesting church outside Prague to visit. We took the train and then the bus to get there. The human bones are from the Plague in 14th century and a war in 15th century. It is also surrounded by a cemetery.

The dress code definitely isn't absolute. I wore a long dress though, but that was just coincidence. People seemed to be wearing whatever. I wouldn't be worried about your outfit!
