Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great spot for the whole family. Better to arrive early in the morning. 45 min guided tour, 30 min museum, 20 min shop. You will love this place and its products! PS: shopping centre 5 min walk from Moser factory

Handmade art work from the glass bubble to carved masterpieces can be seen here live. One of the most impressive and immersive experience from our trip. A big thanks to our guide who gave us so many details about glasswork!

We did not have much time so we decided to visit just the museum, however it was worth it. They gave us English headset so we could enjoy beautiful glasswork with little bit of education.

I stopped by for only a few moments and, literally, was amazed by the beautiful pieces of glass work. There is a store to purchase, if you like, or just browse and take it all in.

As we were short for time, we decided only to visit the museum. We were given an English headset, which corresponded with some numbers on TV's around the museum.

It wasn't clear which numbers corresponded with what the audio was talking about. I ended up just wandering around the museum and admiring the amazing glassware. Still, this was a pleasant thing to do - particularly as the weather wasn't great.

For such a small museum, 130 does not represent good value for money. I can't say that the museum was much more impressive than the sales room, which is, of course, free. Next time, we would like to do the tour of the factory itself - this sounds a lot more interesting.

Don't go there if you want to buy souvenirs or you are in tight budget.
1. Without doubt, the things inside the museums are gorgeous, authentic and unique.
2. Could not see the glass making process. Remember to check the museum web page or call the museum before going to the museum if you really want to see the glass masking process. The time that displays the glass making process is different from the opening hour of the museum.
3.The souvenirs are quite expensive though, don't have money to buy any of them.

We visited the Moser Factory with small children - was a bit difficult for us to take care of them before and after the Factory Tour, but they were amazed inside the Factory, where you can see how the magic happens. I was a bit disappointed by the length of the tour. We actually entered just one Hall for about 10-15 minutes. Next time I am sure, I would book the VIP tour for 45€ (90minutes tour) through the whole Factory.

We did not go to the factory tour which is an obligatory guided tour, but we went on a self visit to the Museum of Moser which is really great.
The audio guide in English is included.
The Musum itself offers an amazing collection of glass which varies from glasses to unique statues and bautiful engravings.
i do not wonder they won so many diplomas and prizes!!!
Incredible works of art.
