Beautiful barock square, which is really a square 100m x 100m! Picturesque, lovely buildings and in the middle a beautiful fountain. Many cafes and restaurants around. Tourist information centre inside the Town Hall. During the summer there are many concerts going on in the square.

What's not to like about a well preserved medieval town square? This is one of the largest, neatest and prettiest in Europe, with interesting buildings and plenty of bars and cafes to sit and waste some time. It can get busy, as it is often...More

Interesting little place, but you only need a couple hours at most. The square was pretty, but I had hoped to climb the tower, which was closed. So, check if the tower is open. The fountain was also not running in the central square, so...More
