Derek Melbourne tour provides many tour options that we cannot find in other provider, and with the tour we chose, the schedule is well planned that we can have enough time on every attration that we want to go. Derek is also vert friendly and shating many interesting things about australia and melbourne, it was great to stay with him when we were in Melbourne.

We, a family of 8, joined Derek tour for 1) a day trip to Philip island, the puffing billy train , Maru wildlife zoo and the wild parrot area; 2) airport transfers; and 3) trip to mount Buller.
Derek has way exceeded my expectations. He is very well organised, always arrived early and has good time management. He is very friendly and made us feel home. He always went in the attractions with us and made sure we knew the way and didn’t miss anything. When he dropped us off in mount Buller carpark, he took the shuttle with us and made sure we found our apartment before leaving. He took lots of beautiful pictures for us, with different combinations as we are a big group of family. He stopped by a place where the puffing train would pass by the bridge and typed a video for us! He’s amazing!

Derek tour guide is very professional, and the attractions will take the initiative to help take pictures. Every place has plenty of time to reserve. Both Mandarin and Cantonese can communicate. It is a very good experience. After arriving at Penguin Island, it was raining and raincoats were provided, which was very intimate.

Both me and my husband had a really good time with Derek for a day tour to Philip islands and visiting vineyards in yarra valley, it’s definitely one of the highlight in our Australia trip. Derek speaks perfect Cantonese, mandarin and English, highly recommend for those who are visiting from Hong Kong, you will be able to get some local advices from Derek too!
