I pass this shop on a daily basis and would stop every day if I was allowed. The chocolate is some of the best particularly the Truffles and Scorched Almonds The service is excellence plus.

Second visit and still find the staff very friendly & tour informative. Great choccie & they employ deaf people & train their staff in sign language. Remarkable so much is pumped out of this small factory & done by hand.

The tour of Haighs was easily booked online. The history of the chocolates outlined in an informative way without overload, and the tastings a treat. Seeing the labour of love that goes into making these chocolates was a treat, as were the tastings. Recommended.

We booked via the visitor centre in town. As we had a day travel ticket we also caught public transport without any issues. Tour is free, well worth it.
