Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely staff, great selection of gifts. I think you can also do Arts and Crafts courses here. Handy to Sumer Hill train station.

Here's a small shopfront business in the quaint Summer Hill shopping village. Its specialty is the hand-made. It offers craft supplies, kits for making items, and inspiration for getting creative. You can also buy contemporary (modern-looking) and old-style handmade items, most made by Australian crafts people, a few imported (from Europe and Scandinavia). Currently the aesthetic is low-key, linear, Scandinavian-retro, but of course this will change as new fashion trends emerge. Items you can purchase are typically made out of textiles, timbers or paper. They include jewellery and accessories, little boxes, greeting cards and home wares.
