Great snowboarding class for adult but confusing lesson level description

This was my fourth time snowboarding, and I was still not good at it. So I decided to take an adult class for the first time. I found their online level description to be a little... read more

Not much else to say, great day skiing. No lines easy 14 runs, ski down, get on the chair, repeat! Really good snow this year!

This was my fourth time snowboarding, and I was still not good at it. So I decided to take an adult class for the first time. I found their online level description to be a little confusing. I wanted to learn how to heel and toe edge turns/link turns. The video they have shows the level where you are supposed... More

The skiing is great. Lots of runs for all levels. Breathtaking views, can see the ocean from the top peak. Lessons are great for the kids and the runs with magic carpets are perfect for those beginning to learn to ski. We tried the tube park as well. A whole lot of waiting around for very short tube rides .... More

I wrote a review in the past stating that Mount Washington was too expensive but since that review there has been new ownership and along with that has come many improvements and this year one of the best snow years since the Olympics in Vancouver. The new ownership is taking pride in providing a better bang for your buck. Renovated... More

First time here - we'll be back! I'm advanced level and my wife's a beginner/intermediate. Good selection of runs and good snow. Beautiful views. Small and very quiet resort. Limited eating options and not much healthy food so probably worth getting somewhere with a kitchen if you like to eat well. Rossignol demo centre rentals were great for top notch... More

I grew up skiing Mt. Washington and finally returned with my kids. Loved the friendly, caring atmosphere and great selection of runs for all abilities. Fresh powder and sunshine provided one of the best skiing days I've ever had and the kids fell in love with the mountain! Fantastic experience. Scenery with views of Georgia Straight are beyond stunning on... More

Mount Washington has come a long way since it was first started, and it offers a very convenient ski experience for people who live on the island and want something a little less fast paced and more affordable that Whistler, In the past couple of years there has been good snow after a few lean years before, Very friendly, family... The resort obviously does not value its restaurant/food. After a great day playing in the snow my children were starving. They were given yellowing, old cucumber covered in mold and slimy chicken strips that smelt bad. The adult food was also very old and bad. Shame on you Alpine Resort Management, you have a captive audience who have nowhere else... More

I've had problems with ski boots for years. I recently purchased a pair, and was in the painful process of breaking them in - until I ran into Noel in the Ski Shop. Within half an hour, he had impressed me with his knowledge and experience heat-moulding ski boots, and proceeded to perfectly mould my Intuition liners with a classic... More

Rented alpine chalet with our two married children and three grandchildren. Well stocked for sure. But on one site advertised laundry so thought we were getting laundry to dry our wet ski clothes. Very rude answers when questioned with no apologies for conflicting website and refused to let us use it even though on premises. Had a second question and... More
