Located in the gorge below the old Town the Roman bridge is close to the Arabic baths. The climb down from the town is steep but worth it, especially when looking up to the Puento Nuevo (new bridge).

Roman ruins allow you to contemplate history and think of all the changes that have taken place in Spain. This bridge crosses the Tajos River and is still standing virtually unchanged after many centuries. We didn't walk across it but admired it from a strategic...More

The less visited Roman bridge is interesting to see for the history if nothing else. You can walk over one of the bridges, explore one side of town and then walk over another one to get back.

Very impressive example of Roman architecture with great views. On the day we visited it was very windy and raining. We needed all of our outdoor gear and didn't stay that long.

One of the three bridges which join the old and new toen. lLook over the bridge to see the river and waterfalls, very pretty.

It's squat and sturdy and it has done the job of providing residents of steep Ronda a way of crossing the Tajos River for many centuries. The oldest of three bridges, the Roman bridge is a strong stone structure set in a beautiful area, a...More

Nice old bridge - impressive building - but not really worth to travel the long way from Marbella through the mountains

Often overlooked by the variety of wonders that Ronda has to offer. The quaint bridge is well preserved and well worth the effort to walk across. The adjacent gardens offer good views of the bridge as well as the countryside beyond.

Loverly view of this old bridge from above but the towns own guide does call it the Arab bridge and dates it from 11 to 16c

Ronda is a beautiful town and one of the nicest things to do there is to simply wander about. The town has three bridges and this one will be easy for you to find if you folow the walls around the town. Although the Puente...More
