The museum part was of interest, but the tasting provided no information, although we asked ahead if we would be told about the wines, we were not, just shown the taps and given glasses, told we could taste 4 of the wines. The white wine was totally bad, smelled of hydrogen sulphide, and was not consumable, Fino sherry was very... More

I am a wine lover but wanted to visit the church when I saw the sign. We were the only visitors, learning about the history of that local wine maker. For €5 you get to see the museum, two young wines and 4 local wines incl. local sherry and moscatel. For €12 you get the same plus three better wines... More

We opted for the 12 euro visit, which included a "great wines" tasting (which was nice and included some information from the receptionist about the wines) and unlimited access to other wines in the courtyard. The courtyard wines were terrible. I'm genuinely concerned that they've gone bad; they smelt gross and tasted terrible. Disappointing. The museum itself was a bit... More

We had the tasting tour included in our day trip to Ronda. Since I like sweet wines I really enjoyed this visit. We were allowed to stay and taste as much as we wanted. They also have to small museum upstairs.

I visit the Bodegas la Sangre de Ronda while in Spain in September. It was a lovely little place and had really friendly staff. I did however somehow end up booking myself onto a private wine tasting tour. As well as the wines that are on offer to everyone in the main room. I was taken to a private room... More

We had this visit included in our daytour from Malaga and tasted 5 different wines. Most of the wines were a bit too sweet for us. A nice small place,- worth a visit while in Ronda old town.

This is a great little place to stop and learn about this history of wine making in Ronda and to try some wines. They have a couple of different options for wine tasting and we took the one where we got two glasses a piece. You first go on a self guided tour of the history of wine making in... More

We decided on a whim to visit here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We paid 12 euros to do the full tasting and tour. I don't like sherry and there were about 4 sherries in the tasting but the reds were lovely. Not much of a museum so it's really just about the tasting. The wines to buy are expensive... More
