We toured this place as part of a bike tour where we spent 2 days in Ronda. I enjoyed the visit, limited to the gardens and the water mine. However, given what you visit, I think the 10 EUR price is exaggerated and too expensive. It should be half that, to be honest. So in my view it is overpriced for what it is, given that you do not get to tour any case or palace.

This is our second visit so we deserved our disappointment - the potentially beautiful House of Moorish King is still not open and, notwithstanding the several signs indicating it was being renovated, it was clearly derelict and had had no work done on it since our last visit several years ago. The gardens nice but do not justify the e tensive praise given in the signage. Peacocks there are beautiful though. The only unique part is the extraordinary water mine plunge down to the Tajo stream but some seriously dangerous steps the equivalent of a 20 storey descent will put off most. This “attraction” shows all the signs of being a rip-off at Euro 10 per person and the cafe adjacent is also at least 25% more expensive than elsewhere. Whomever owns this place needs some serious encouragement to do better

Building still closed up. Gardens modest but pleasant with peacocks and views over the gorge. Watermine and its history fairly unique. If able to and interested in such things, the walk down through the mine to the river and back up is well worthwhile. Otherwise we would agree rather overpriced.
