The show was Ok and fun to watch from a cultural experience. At the entrance, they hand out english leaflets explaining the plot of the story which comes in very handy as you would be completly lost without. I guess a must see when visiting Bali

It was my first approach to Balinese culture. Despite of being targeted for tourist, I'm sure that it is an exponent of local culture. After seeing the show, I made some research and it's authentic. What is best, it has live music which deserves the standing ovation. I didn't rate it as excellent since the theater can be quite uncomfortable.... More

We saw Kecak and fire dance the night before at Uluwatu. The barong dance is quite boring comparing to the fire dance, the story has dragged too long.

This is a traditional Balinese dance drama based on good vs evil The entry ticket is a bit steep Worth only if you are very much into the traditional dance of any country It's Worth a visit only to understand the local culture Can also be given a miss and not suitable for young children They also have a scene... It was nice to traditional balinese dance reflecting about the culture there. They are basically replicating "Ramayana". Costumes of the artists were really too good. During show one person dressed like monkey made some adult postures which was very bad. Families with young kids are coming there to watch this show. This thing should be stopped immediately.

After Kecak Fire & Trance Dance at Uluwatu Temple, We didn't seem to enjoy this.! The price of the show was quite steep and the folk pattern of the dance was quite similar to Kecak Fire & Trance Dance which was more lively! People on short tours to Bali can easily skip this one! You would by typical statues of... More

The price of the show is 100,000 local currency which we initially thought was a little expensive especially as this was not part of our included tour. However we were impressed as the show lasted An hour. It is important that you read the included description of the show so that you understand each scene. The performers outfits were spectacular.... What a great show of music and theatre that even my 2 year old followed along with. We arrive about 15mins late which meant the show was about 45mins long but that was ok. They give an "act" explanation at the entry so you can follow with what is going on. Great show, great experience

Our first time watched Barong dance in Bali. We were suggested by our driver to watch this dance as part of the tour. Overall nice place to include in our day trip.
