About
Family owned and operated, Yeates Wines produces a range of premium, small-batch, estate-grown, old-vine wines in Mudgee, NSW. Amongst the region's oldest, the vineyard is managed organically with minimal intervention and a focus on sustainability. The architecturally designed cellar door is open 4 days per week with bar snacks and light bites available for visitors to enjoy whilst taking in the vineyard views around them. Nestled in amongst the vines and within the cellar door precinct, you'll also find two one-bedroom luxury accommodation options for those looking to settle in for a few days.

Yaetes winery offers a very enjoyable boutique cellar door experience. The atmosphere sitting outside by the pond looking over the vines is the perfect escape for city slickers.
Wines were enjoyable too; the Riesling got top votes from us.

We sought this out after a great recent review in Delicious magazine, and it exceeded expectations. Even better, it’s family and rain friendly with lots of outdoor seating under cover, a fireplace and games for kids. If it wasn’t pouring the kids could have happily roamed around (there is an unfenced dam so not quite as relaxing if you have toddlers). The cellar door was spectacular, the scenery stunning and wine and grazing boards delicious.

A must come to family owned vineyard and cellar door.
The food ... (home made sausage rolls) is to so yummy that it is real treat.
The music ... the atmosphere.... the outdoor eating area (very family friendly)...
and the wines all come together to make this a definite drop in on the Mudgee Wine trail.

Beauty property and setting for a wine tasting. Good range of wines, hardest part was deciding at the end which ones to buy. Place is absolutely worth the stop in for a tasting

Absolutely loved this winery!
Randomly stopped in with hubby and a friend and never wanted to leave! The most gorgeous grounds with plentiful spots to relax and chill, a cosy interior with fireplace and super comfy seating, delicious wines, friendly and personable staff (a lovely family) and a beautiful winery dog called Tipsy (I think). All in all a wonderful experience - can’t wait to come back!
