So disappointed with the experience we had here. I got myself and my partner a voucher on luxury escapes which sounded like the ultimate pamper package. This wasn't cheap i spent nearly $600 so I had high expectations. Unfortunately we were extremely let down. The lady on reception didn't even seem to know what was included in the package she seemed to think it was just a float and massage even though the package included more. It also said we would be given wine and chocolate followed by gelato ice cream known of this given. The masseuses were nice and very friendly but the massages were not great we actually went to a thai message place the next day and got massages. We also felt extremely rushed as we were the last of appointments of the day. Overall extremely disappointed.

We have been to Stephanie's a few time here and in other places, the reason we come back is because it's quality.
There were four of us we had all booked the same signature 100-minute treatment.
This time wasn't so good, though. Starting with our arrival, the receptionist wasn't particularly welcoming, and she told us where to get changed but no real explanation. The changing facilities had a few cubicles out of order, and it was generally untidy.
We waited for our treatment, and all went through. The massage was extremely quick I'd say 15 mins at the most. The facial was just okay. My treatment was cut short by 10 mins and was told it was over, after waking from my spa coma I got dressed and was then told oopsie, you have another 10 mins, and I was offered a head massage. That doesn't say relaxing spa treatment to me.
Some of the other girls were offered add ons, others weren't so there was in consistencies.
At the end when they offered us tea, they told us all to sit in one area or hurry as they had another group finishing.
We didn't even have a chance to fill the feedback for out. So for us we won't be going back. It was just alright, nothing special and lacking in the qualititative sall things.
Shame really.

Had the 90 minute spa facial and massage here with a friend today. Amazing treatment with therapist Anita. Loved it from moment walked in the door, calm professional reception team in a gorgeous facility. Lovely tea and sorbet list post treatment. Highly recommend. Have done many others in area and this place is a favourite.

Following on from my last review. I discussed my issues with the management at Stephanies and was invited back. I had the hour long massage. I have to say this time was absolutely 💯 perfect, just as it has always been.
Stephanies is the number 1 spa and remains so. This visit restored that view. Of course I'll be back.
Thank you once again to the whole team at the Spa for my making my day.

Nice tranquil setting and very welcoming staff, friendly, calm and lovely people but not very skilled.I was surprised when booking that even though I had spent over 200.00 for treatments they didn't mention a 20.00 discount voucher to in house clients, I hadn't seen this until later in the week. My treatment experience was lovely and the therapist beautiful natured but the end result was poor. They did offer to redo the manicure for no cost but our time was limited and we had other things planned.Perhaps a monetary discount could have been offered in stead.Very expensive compared to other venues. I wouldn't reccommendthis to others. Sadly for me it was to be my one and only big holiday treat to myself.

Each time I have visited, I have never been disappointed. There are a number of treatments available to experience, and if you are a guest of Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas, you are treated to $20 off any treatment.
As soon as you walk in, you forget the rest of the world exists. As you await for your therapist, dressed in you luxurious fluffy robe in the candle lit tranquility lounge, you can feel yourself transitioning into relaxation mode. What makes Stephanies Ocean Spa unique is their Vichy Showers. I tried the 90min 'Spirit of Wailele' - Hawaiian translation for Waterfall.
As the invigorating warm flow of water cascades therapeutically over your weary muscles, you will immediately feel your mind, body and spirit re-connect. This signature treatment includes an aromatic whole body exfoliation rinsed away by warm gentle showers that cleanse and soothe from head to toe. While you relax under the Vichy shower jet, enjoy a hot stone massage to the back, neck and shoulders. This treatment also includes a petite skin refresher and nourishing hair and scalp mask.
Absolutely amazing, and highly recommended.

This is the second time I have visited Stephanie’s Spa and stayed at the resort. The first time was excellent. This time...well, very underwhelming.
My largest issue was the treatment length. I had a 60 minute massage, an express facial 40 minutes and a 20 minute LED add on. All up - a 2 hour treatment. BUT..The massage didn’t begin until 20 minutes into the appointment slot and there is no chance I was under the LED for 20 minutes. Throughout the length of the facial my therapist product pushed and then, spent the last 5 minutes going through my menu, product pushing again. What frustrated me about this, is I had informed her I would be purchasing a moisturiser on entrance, hence, there was really no need to product push particularly if it meant another 5 minutes was cut from my treatment time. Finally, I was dressed and sipping tea at the hour 55 mark - so was generously given 10 minutes to dress myself - of my very expensive treatment time. Furthermore, I also didn’t appreciate some of the commentary regarding my skin. I was well aware it was in need of some serious TLC - booking a facial with an LED add-on should suggest I am aware of its condition. When I exited, I brought up these issues with the counter person. She told my my appointment was scheduled to end 10 minutes prior - meaning, rather than a 2 hour booking, the system was only giving me an hour & 50 minutes. Thus, when booking 2 hours worth of treatment, don’t expect 2 hours. At best I received 90-95 minutes.
Given the amount of money I paid (I did receive a $35 discount) and that this was my holiday treat, I am very disappointed.

Renee, we pride ourselves in our 5-star service and disheartened to read you did not receive that. It is in our protocol to educate every guest on the products we used in their treatment and I apologise in this case if it came across as pushy. There is no excuse for your treatment to be shortened and we will bring this up with your therapist, I’m glad to hear you received a discount on your treatment to rectify this. I hope you give us a chance to redeem the issues you had and visit us again. Once again our apologise on your underwhelming experience.
Kind regards: Stephanies Ocean Spa Team

What an amazing birthday surprise from my bestie! Spent the weekend in QLD for my 26th birthday and got spoilt rotten at this amazing spa. Located at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas, this spa will have you feeling brand new. Welcomed with heavenly scents, the overall ambience will have you relaxed instantly.
We both got the ‘Raindrop Ritual’ package ($199 per person for 90 mins) which included skin brushing, vichy shower and 1 hour body massage. We got changed into the most comfortable robes and had some tea at the lounge until our rooms were ready. Before the treatments, we had a thorough consultation. I started with the 60 min massage then had the vichy shower. The massage was amazing and the therapist knew exactly where I needed more pressure. The music was at perfect volume. Afterwards, I had my first vichy shower experience and I loved it! Vichy showers are a water massage treatment to circulate the recently absorbed products through your system, producing enhanced benefits. Started off with a full body rinse out of 7 shower heads, then a full body scrub and wash. I wish the option to have the vichy before my massage was offered to me as it would have been nicer to finish off with a massage.
After our treatments, we were given product recommendations based on our skin types by our therapists. We were given gelato and cold water at the lounge to finish our experience.
The therapists organised a golf buggy to drive us back to the main road which was really nice! Overall, I had the best time at this incredible spa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spa in Noosa!

Third couples massage here, haven't been disappointed yet. Wonderful relaxing ambience and great spacious facilities. A little on the expensive side though. I think this was the second time I had Sonya who is very professional and delivers a great massage.
