We stayed in Noosa in December and it was busy at the time. We all enjoyed this beach, great views and had fish and chips on the beach, just like the locals. Had a good dinner over looking this beach at the local surf club.

Noosa main beach is very busy in summer & you need to be ready to have other people close by you - as Australians we are used to space around us lol. If you walk further along the beach past the apartments there is a nice grassy area with plenty of shade which is nice on a really hot day.... More

The main beach in Noosa is in a handy location next to shops and eateries. We walked down at night time and was a nice walk from one end to the other.

Well, there are the sands, the clear water, the sunny days... Nice beach, for everyone, i guess, a secure place for swimming, and take some sun. Just to chill, surf lessons and other stuffs like that. Main beach also have great stores.

Although really busy we had a great time at the beach. It wasn't too rough but had big enough waves to have some fun. Also has great access to take away shops if you fancy eating on the beach.

Lined with first class restaurants, this beach is family friendly and well appointed. First class, great for swimming and the sand is so clean.

Whether going for a swim, to sunbake, dine at the numerous eateries, take a cold one at the Surf Club, Noosa Main Beach is a institution. Join the masses to witness the Surf Classic (including the surfing dogs show), hire a board and take to the famous point breaks or just walk the boardwalk at day or in the evening,... More

It's a beautiful beach, with people who want to enjoy the beach, a lovely mix of people, teas & coffees available for purchase along the boardwalk. Just great.

Busy streets full of yuppies.. But not the good kind. Just wankers who want to be seen and say they were in Noosa. The sun sets and you see more sunnies on faces than eyes. A beautiful location and beech, ruined by the people they draw in. And seriously overpriced.

Great beach which has low waves perfect for playing in with all the family. Some superb restaurants, coffee shops etc all very close. Large flagged area with lifeguards.
