We really enjoyed spending time at the beach here, came only for the day and we had a fantastic time passing waves. The sand is very fine and warm, theres not much shade anywhere so you need an umbrella but its very safe beach. Loved...More

When visiting cousins we walked the beautiful beach at Noosa. The water was a bit cool in September for swimming but beach walking (and running) is excellent here. Plus, it's not very busy. A good place for birding too!

Its definitely beautiful but super busy. We took advantage of a kid free walk in the morning and it was lovely but as we were walking back it was already very busy. Parking is always impossible to get to the main beach.

Noosa is all about the sandy beach. While there are more spectacular beaches with fewer people down the road, the attraction is easy to access for people of any age and ability. You will be still close to restaurants and shops.

Lovely beach, fairly sized. The waves weren't too choppy wither which made swimming enjoyable. It's a lifeguarded beach so we stuck to the red and yellow flags, had a great time. Theres toilets with showers too should you need them.

I only had an hour, which wasn't enough to full appreciate this little gem of a vacation spot. Lots of people walking about, open air restaurants, family fun atmosphere. A place to come back to.

Beautiful beach, beautiful view, close to shops, relaxed, clean and generally a lovely beach! Can walk the coastal trail to the fairy pools and Hells Gates from here and also walk the Tanglewood route through the Noosa National Park right next door.
