Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We saw The Cheap and Dodgy productions show Bustin' Out on 10 December. Excellent show, full of laughs, very talented performers. Now that David Templeman has retired from his day job maybe he could produce the shows twice yearly.

This such a treasure theatre to have in Mandurah. The venue is wonderful, although sometimes the audio is off and the cooling to the extreme. We are always amazed at the acts and talent, never been disappointed. Parking and the position view of the water is lovely. The free concerts in the afternoon are well done. Long may it continue.

This was our first time to the ManPAC and we loved it. The theatre is easy to get to, plenty of parking and good choice of restaurants and cafes close by. The theatre itself is a lovely building, great layout and facilities. The performance by the students was outstanding ... we've already decided to come again next year!

This is a large venue in a prime position on the waterfront.
It is largely funded by Government grants - our money and would otherwise operate at a huge loss.
Several times, over the years, we have dropped in during the day to look at the latest art only to find the air conditioning system keeping a whole lot of unused space at optimal temperatures. Even the local library is not so extravagant with its air conditioning.
At the very least, temperatures could be adjusted to reduce costs substantially but hey, it’s not their money, it’s ours.
There’s a little office upstairs in a seperate room with workers and a box office downstairs with an employee. These are the only areas that require air conditioning on a regular basis, the rest is just throwing our money away when there is no event on.
Makes you wonder in what other ways money is wasted.
If this was a private, commercial business having to meet their own costs things would be very different and a demonstration that this is very poorly run.

Well I have spent hours trying to contact this place, on hold for hours stating 'our staff are working as quickly as possible to answer your call" I suspect they are not even there but have left the answerphone on this message. It is 29th December which suggest they should be open, it is not a weekend or public holiday.
I am getting an error code when trying to make a booking, for no apparent reason it is suggesting the 3 digit code on the back of my credit card is incorrect but it isn;t and have tried other cards to no avail
What a waste of my time, has to be a government body as no business would run like this

Please accept our apologies Alison Reilly. We had left a phone message stating our opening hours over the holiday season but due to a local power cut the phones reverted to our usual hold message indicating that we were open, when we were in fact closed.
We do realise that would have been frustrating for you and can only apologise for the inconvenience. We did also post our opening hours on the website and our social media but realise you may not have been aware of those.

I attended the booking office at MPAC on Wednesday morning at 9am after consulting the website. The doors were closed and although someone was there cleaning and another person making a cup of coffee they remained closed for the following 20 or so minutes.
To make sure there was no information relating to time changes, I then rang the number posted to receive a message that.
" our operators are busy attending to other calls or to customers booking and will get to you as soon as possible."
This message continued for at least 20 minutes interspersed with adverts or calls for me to book on line. To do so would incur a credit card cost to the organisation I was supporting and also I suspect a booking cost.
Besides - I was there, waiting at the door at the time posted.

Another excellent show by David Templeman and team. David certainly carried the show with his performance in the comedy style of Sir Les Patterson and Edna Everage. Well done - again.

This has got to be the best regional theatre in WA. The seating arrangement is excellent and bar area large enough for the biggest of crowds. Plenty of restaurants close by for a meal prior to the events.

Does the public Bus transport take you from the Mandurah Train station to the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre
Written 3 April 2016
Yes. From the Mandurah Train Station, catch the Transperth bus no. 589 or 588 to get to the Mandurah Performing Arts Center. I recommend taking bus no 588 from the station and stop at Mandurah Tce Before Hackett St (infront of Cicerellos and Mandurah Visitor Center). After that, It just a short walk to your destination.
