Really enjoyed our time in Mandurah and will definitely return to to Seashells apartments Mandurah where we stayed. Easy access to restaurants on Dolphin Quay for dinner.
Recommend spending a day searching out all the Giants of Mandurah not only for their artistic worth and how impressive they are but also as it gives a good tour of the wider are (definitely need a car though).

Really enjoyed our time at Dolphin Quays. The quiet winter break with lots of sunshine made the stay even better because we had a north facing apartment and the beautiful sun warmed the apartment and made sitting out on the balcony quite pleasant even though there was a chill in the air.
We were a little nervous about our booking after reading some of the reviews but we were really impressed. Underground parking was good although the smell from the restaurant fans was not pleasant. The lift was a little slow but not unreasonable - not sure what it would be like in summer. Great location, close to everything, two bathrooms was a bonus in a two bedroom apartment. Single beds very narrow but you get used to them. Dishwasher was a bonus and everything very clean. Pleasant staff on the reception. Would have liked 2 keys for easier access if everyone not doing the same thing. Very happy to recommend and will stay there again.

Few fish and chips restaurants and gift shops... many shops have closed their doors. What should be a vibrant place on Saturday afternoon is disserted and empty looking after 3 pm. The gift shops are worth a browse through.

The lift was out, so they told us in writing that they would put us on a lower floor. They lied. My wife and I are over seventy and had to endure 6 days of tortuous ascent to our room by stairs. We’ve now spent 2 weeks getting over the the nightmare. The staff are deceitful and have little regard for the truth, or their customers. This was our second visit but never again!!

Last visited this place in 2019 and it was quiet and deserted.
This recent trip was different, ie more restaurants, shops and crowded.
More like Fremantle harbour jetty and definitely more vibrant than before.
Had breakfast and drinks at the restaurants.

Dolphin Quay in a continuous downpour is not very appealing. Luckily for us we were able to park ourselves in Cafe Moka while waiting on the rain to clear. It's easy to imagine how the area is attractive during periods of better climate with the many dining establishments, shops, the marina and allied attractions. Even with the bleak weather there are stunning views over the water. On the list for a revisit during summer months.

The quay has so much under developed potential. Shops are market style, eateries pretty boring. New places opened recently including a French patisserie which is reportedly good. Needs life and vibe. It’s tired

The Dolphin Quay area which includes the Zephyr Mews and the Palladio deck have some great restaurants and cafes. The walk across the bridge from one section the the other is well worth the effort. As always Mandurah does its best to deliver views in all directions. Just a marvellous place to find something to eat and relax. Bon appetit.

Had not been to Mandurah for ages and it had changed so much - loved the dolphin quay area, great to walk around and take stacks of photos - even managed to see dolphins. Huge selection of restaurants and cafes. Spent ages here, a tourist destination in itself.
