Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a lovely spot fro a swim, a run or for a BBQ with family on the hill overlooking the beach. We love coming down to the sands at sunset it is just glorious, food for the soul. Grab a picnic hamper and chill out and for those who need some lubrication the Silver Sands pub is within walking distance. Only for those inclined the rest of us drink in the views.

This is known to locals as Doddi's Beach. Nice place. Good change rooms and toilet facilities. Todd's Cafe across the road. Nice coastal drive if you keep going up the road.

We last visited Halls Head Beach in the 1970's. Back then we had the beach to ourselves, I sort of liked beaches in my younger years, now I visit at the behest of my wife. Nice beach area, no other person visible. Good parking area, ablutions, small display of historical anchors and information signage. We then spent some time driving around Halls Head and marvelled at all the developments of the intervening years. Farmland and bush had disappeared and its now a thriving neighborhood of Mandurah with schools, shops, industrial area, etc.

This beach is sheltered from the howling South-Westerlies common in summer. Clean sand and water that remains shallow for a good 50m out. Floating pontoon to jump off.

Have taken this road many times up to Falcon Library which is the most inclusive community design. A great space to browse at the end of a Beautiful Scenic drive.

Wonderful and clean beach. Very close to cafes and restaurants. Playground and public toilets are nearby. Some areas are shaded by tress

As a local from down the road, I find Halls Head Beach fun to visit offering the best of two worlds: the peace of ocean walking and fresh air, as well as a chance to stop and chill out.

I just visited in June and loved the fact that it was moody and angry clouds in the distance, and yes, after a storm surge, there was seaweed everywhere. But that is what makes the ocean life interesting and ever-changing.
