We went as a family of 4 with 3 extra teens and had a great day out. Great size vessel, lots of shade, fishing gear good quality and well spaced between lines(max 12). Awesome crew, very helpful and knowledgeable. Put us right on the fish and bagged our limit of 6 dhufish before lunch. Also caught pink scrapper, nannygai, coral trout and a few crays from the pots. Whilst we did not all catch fish, we still came home with our fair share of the catch. Hungry boys were well fed and watered as well. Take a jacket - it was cold! Altogether a very enjoyable day and would recommend.

What a great day out! Kyle, Jacko, and Skipper really know their stuff and they put us right on the fish. I think there was only one person who didn’t manage to bring something to the boat, and many of us got a feed. Great rods, reels, knowledge, bait, and just good blokes. You don’t need any experience, and if you’re a veteran- these guys will still exceed your expectations.

These guys really know how to put on a whale watching tour!! 2 minutes in & we saw our first pod - it only got better from there. We were treated to Humpback & Blue whales in the pristine waters of Geographe Bay. Staff were friendly & had some cracker experiences to share as well as super knowledgeable. The enthusiasm & passion of Marine biologist Brodee shone through. Kid friendly (we have a busy 3yo & 5yo) and they were certainly mesmerised.
Highly recommend, doubt anyone could get off that boat disappointed!

Went whale watching on Sunday afternoon with you guys, and it was the most unreal breath taking experience. All the crew were so lovely and ensured to answer any questions that were asked. Kyle was just a bloody trooper and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having the best experience.

Had An amazing time, I think my son was just as amazed with the boat as I was with the whales! Crew were friendly and informative, the ride out to sea was actually quite soothing and just as fun as watching the Whales :) They were a very respectful crew in regards to the safety of the passengers and also not being invasive to these beautiful creatures. Highly Recommend!

Great trip. Well run tour with friendly and informative staff. Highlight of our trip down south. Plenty of whales to see and enjoy. Would go again and again. Well worth the price. Highly recommend this tour.

Wow! We had such a great experience today watching humpback whales, as they swam through Augusta, on their migration journey headed north! The Legend Charters crew were outstanding - we learned so much from their specialist knowledge and they were very fun and friendly! Excellent safety and service and a special shout out to Jamie A. who gave us a lift back into town - we would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the region!

Spent the day on the water with Legend Charters - Fantastic boat and great crew. Good fun day and the wife cleaned up with a few large fish including a 6.5kg Dewie. Thanks to all the crew. Highly recommended.

Hi, whale watching starts to come to an end in December, it would be best to contact us on 0419908742 once you have arrived and we can update you then if the whales are still around. Yes we are toddler friendly, we often have young children on board. Thankyou

It certainly is a possibility however it is not the peak season at that time and we cannot 100% guarantee that whales will be sighted. Please keep an eye on our social media pages to keep up to date with all the sightings. Thank you.

Good Morning, In January we offer fishing charters from Dunsborough or Gracetown or Killer whale expeditions from Bremer Bay. The only place to see dolphins would be from the Dolphin Discovery Centre in Bunbury.

Hi, no they did not have a confirmed in writing booking, their booking was taken by phone after office hours and they where advised to contact office in office hours to make payment and to confirm charter. It was mistakenly a double booking, human error.

Hi Steve, it doesn't really make any difference. October is a great month for whale watching in Geographe Bay. The weather is nice and we see many mother and calf pairs moving through the Bay. It really depends on which time you prefer.

That is quite a busy time for us. You are welcome to book and then call us to change should the weather be better on another day. If we cancel due to weather conditions, we offer full refund or the opportunity to re-book.
