Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We bought delicious cheeses, olives, salami, pastries and wholemeal sourdough bread to have for lunch. Everything was organic and tasted delicious. Coffee was ordinary.

Small but very good, show casing local produce and goodies that are of high quality and super yum! It’s not huge but definitely worth a visit! Every Saturday all year round at the Shire Offices carpark ....... highly recommended.

Great kid-friendly and dog-friendly market. My teen granddaughters loved the foods and vendors were happy and nice. Great place to catch up with the locals and fresh produce.

I appreciate it wasn't peak summer season but the market felt flat. The council should try and get more locals to set up stores. Not much to look at this market.

Small market selling produce. We stopped by while on holiday in Torquay. Good place to grab some fruit to prop your Vit C intake during your road trip. We bought passion fruit for $1 each and 10-12 plums for $3.50. Quite accessible, off Surf Coast Highway on Merrijig Drive. Worth a short visit, but don't expect souvenirs, clothing, accessories.

Very few trades. It was very boring. Best one we saw was a lady selling dr who, Harry Potter and Lord of the rings paraphernalias. Very expensive but cool. Great for collectors. I hope this improve as more traders goes in and I can rate it better. Only one small stall selling fresh produce when I'm there.

Great little market. Very small, but all the stuff there was fantastic. The little French bakery in particular was a must try.

We tried to find it on Bristol Road, but it had moved to the sporting complex on Merrijig Drive. Not sure if this was one off or for good.
