I have been here many times and loved it HOWEVER.... I recently called to book in again to use a voucher that I had been given, and was told that this could not be used on a Sunday. Even though they charge an additional surchasrge on Sundays - which I was ok with - apparently vouchers could not be redeemed because they couldn't cover the cost of their staff. I am sorry but that is total crap! A voucher is cash paid on a previous day to use in the future. It has nothing to do with covering your costs as you charge the surcharge. I am incredibly disappointed in there attitude towards customers who have purchased vouchers. Also this was not mentioned at the time of purchase. This is also particularly disappointing since it is very difficult for me to get there any other day. I will no longer be recommending SaltAir.

I had a relaxation massage with Jenna, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life! She was fantastic, highly recommend!

I just floated out of the spa after a wonderful relaxing experience. Chantelle was my therapist for a 1 hour therapeutic massage. It was certainly therapeutic with the perfect pressure and attention to all my sore knots and stiff back & shoulders. Looking forward to returning to try their float tank before my next massage. Thank you so much for the beautiful care…..and your herbal tea afterwards is delicious too.

Sophie did an amazing job with my pregnancy massage and facial. She was even able to add a hot oil hair mask in for me last minute! I'm leaving feeling extremely calm and relaxed and will definitely be back. Thank you!

I've been to Saltair Spa several times now, but myself and also with my mum. Their facials and massage packages are divine. The day spa environment is so relaxing, the products are amazing and gentle for my sensitive skin and I always leave glowing. I also usually drift off to sleep during the treatment which is testament to how good the therapists are. Highly recommend!
