We were lucky enough to have relatives staying in Port Fairy so we didn't have to seek out the Visitor Information Centre. However we were able to see some of the natural beauty for ourselves and loved it.

A wonderful walk exploring different terrains. Allow an hour, or a little more if you can't resist taking photos!

The ladies were welcoming & informative. They were asked which place had the best lobster & informed us not the season & it would be very expensive if anywhere had it. Had many suggestions of sites to see & visit.

Very helpful information centre with lots of free brochures of what to do. The lady on the desk was very clear and had great suggestions. Very clean public restroom and easy parking on street outside.

Port Fairy is a charming town. The visitor center will help with finding accommodations. They have walking maps. They even rent bicycles.

Gardens By East Beach, 111 Griffith Street P. 55681060. Nice and quiet, river Moyne one side of park and beach access just over Griffith Street on the other side. 5 mins walk into town.
