3-Day Private Great Ocean Road and Grampians tour

Join a private tour for a relaxing, rewarding and stimulating journey full of scenic diversity. Our 3-day Great Ocean Road tour is perfectly split between beach and mountains. You'll spend the first day and a half on the Great Ocean Road before travelling north into the mountains. It is almost like two separate tours as both regions command your full attention. The Great Ocean Road has different scenery around every corner and is full of life and movement. The Grampians is calmer and more quiet and offers some incredible viewing and walking experiences as well as being very rich in Aboriginal culture and rock art. The aim is to provide our micro groups with compelling but relaxed itineraries matched with unique and wonderful accommodation and dining experiences. Your guide will bring the tales of shipwrecks and explorers to life by the help of original artefacts from Loch Ard. Stay in ocean and mountain view villas and enjoy dinner at award winning restaurants.

There is not a lot here apart from a nice small lighthouse and breeding grounds for Mutton Birds but it is a place of nature and a good two plus kilometer walk around the island and worth doing in Port Fairy

You MUST do this walk when in Port Fairy! Lots of wild life and coastline to take your breath away. It’s a fairly easy walk (a small area up hill - about 20 mts). Mix of made path, gravel and sandy beaches.

Well sign-posted walk and an easy level. Worth the effort especially on a cloudy day with the surf and waves pumping.

A very easy walk for all abilities. There is a paved path that goes left and around to the lighthouse that is suitable for pushchairs and the infirm. You can add a few loops even to this for a bit of beach walking. The loop to the right is a bit more of a challenge but nothing any 8 year old will have problems with. A bit of beach walking and sandy tracks, but it is pretty well marked. There are a few information areas about the mutton birds.
