Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

You are greeted by Bev herself who is a lovely warm friendly lady. The admission fee is $5 and is well worth it. There are over 1000 dolls on display and Bev knows the history of them all. She will take you through and explain everything. Some of her dolls are quite unique and very special. The displays are well thought out and everything is beautifully kept. I would have liked more time to study the dolls but time was short for me this day. I was allowed to hold a baby doll and it was so cute. Bev dresses some dolls and keeps them as giveaways for unhappy children that visit her museum, a very nice thing to do. As my title says if you are into dolls this is a not to be missed museum.

The history of the homestead was interesting, poor organisation took too long here. The dolls were too crowded, needs a revamp, claustrophobic.

Went there during designated opening hours, not open. Not exactly great. Tried to call, no answer. Possibly closed due to personal emergency or something but would've thought small explanatory note on the entrance door would've been good manners for an advertised as open tourist attraction?
