It is a beautiful beautiful place. To see the falls you have to go down using steps. There are two areas one is in about 80 meters down the steps and the best view is about 220 meters down the steps. Going downhill is always...More

A lovely and peaceful place to visit with family and friends. Recommended to take tea or coffee to enjoy the fresh water.

We have been here a number of years ago and there have been vast improvements made to the steps leading to the falls. Parking was ample and the falls are breathtaking.

We took our 3 kids for a quick walk. We're not a fit family, and while the return walk up the steps was slightly challenging, it's enough to get puffed but not really break a sweat, if you know what I mean.

From the car park, it is only a 300m return walk to the first viewing area to see the falls. It you are up for the challenge, it is 700m return walk down to the bottom of the falls, via 300+ steep steps that have...More

We went to Erskine Falls. Quite a few steps. Ok going down but hard work coming back up. Mainly due to being unfit. Definately worth a visit.

Easy to walk down to the bottom of the falls if you are mobile, roughly 200 steps. Nice views, although Hopetoun falls is more impressive.

What a beauty! The waterfall itself was stunning but the surrounds too. The ferns and the moss covered rocks and the rocky stream, I was just in awe (probably because I come from a very dry country town). The 5 minute viewing platform is quick...More

I agree with Pauline's answer. There is plenty of room to pull in. Maybe try to avoid the busiest parts of the day during the holiday period as the carpark may fill up.

It's not a good idea as it is very rocky and doesn't have any ideal pools to sit in
