Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly craftsman with time to talk and demonstrate his skill. Range of charming hard-crafted souvenirs made from locally harvested red gum. The timber is scavenged from properties and the bush from the ground. Some interesting pieces made from timber felled in bushfires that resulted in contrasting colours in the wood

We went into the workshop gallery that had displays of wood turned items such as bowls, candle holders, pens and so on. No one came in to see us at all. I found the prices a bit pricey. Nothing sorted jumped out to me that was appealing enough to want to buy something. My husband thought it was the owner's man cave with his hobby of wood turning as part of the "man shed". If you aren't into wood carving, give it a miss.

We had spent a good 5 mins in the gallery, lots of salad bowls and clocks, yet no owners appeared. Disappointing.
