We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Called in on our recent trip to KI the work was quite different and special. The friendly spinner was so willing to share. Well worth a visit if you like to create or wear any sort of textile

What an incredible little hub of talent. Scarfs, jumpers, caps, hats, etc., hand knitted, felted, using interesting assortment of wools, which have been hand spun and dyed for a particular garment, you can't get any more individual than this. It was so difficult to choose. I bought a warm felted scarf for mum, a cute shoulder warmer for my daughter and for me, 2 balls of the most incredible green coloured spun wool as I am now inspired to try my hand at knitting also. Can't wait to go back and see what new things have been created. A must to visit on Kangaroo Island.

What a joy to visit this tiny shop. A lady was spinning while we were in the shop. The quality was excellent. There were hats, scarves, jackets and a few other garments. Visit this special place while in Kingscote

Wow dont miss this gem!
Situated across the road from OTR fuel outlet the name doesn't portray what you experience when you walk into this shop.
Beautifully curated, the fashionwear, textiles, knitted and woven artworks are just stunning.
So contemporary, colourful and so unique.
Some commercial fibres are used but such items are labelled clearly.
All items are made on Kangaroo Island.
The shop is staffed by one or more of these creative Islanders.
Such a delightful welcoming shop.

This was a very small place with one lady sitting knitting. She really did not know the answer to my questions and seemed a but vague. I guess that's what you get when you rely on volunteers. Prices quite good but so small I would not go out of my way.

This small shop is brimming with beautifully made clothing and gifts created from yarns that are spun and dyed by
Coal artists. If you’re looking for locally produced yarns, this is the place for you. The people couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. A delightful store to visit.
