While doing the long drive between Perth and Adelaide, we stoped at the head of the bight and were not disappointed. Even though it not whale season a stop to check out the view is a must. Keep in mind that dogs aren’t allowed, so...More

My husband and I dove the 12 km out to the Head of the Bight Visitor Centre and we were glad we did. The entrance fee is $7 for adults and $5 for seniors and is well worth a visit. There are boardwalks and viewing...More

Absolute tourist trap, we fell for it and figured we drove the 20kms off the main road, might as well. All other lookouts (free) were better views. Wouldn’t recommend

At $14 for a family pass, it’s a worthwhile stop and activity on the Nullarbor drive. The road off the highway is sealed and it’s an easy quick side trip. Great short boardwalk walks & amazing views of the bight.

We did not like the fee to enter, bit of a rip off really. Out door dunny and taps that did not work probably due to the drought.

Too late for high season but spotted a couple of females and calves. Perhaps travel earlier in the year. Maybe September

Finally got to see The Great Australian Bight even if it was just the eastern edge. The magnificent views and the big skies were just what I expected. The towering red cliffs to the west, the endless sea and sky to the horizon looking south,...More

We visited the Head of Bight at the start of October. There is a very sophisticated Visitors Centre on location and well worth a look. We walked down the boardwalk to the various available locations and saw 6 - 12 Southern Wright Whales lolling in...More

Awesome boardwalk to see the beautiful views of the Bunda Cliffs and the best view of the Southern Right Whales. Well done.
