Very disappointed.. everything was way to jammed in and it only took 50 minutes to see everything ( in brochure it said 2hours)

Amazing day out.

Had a fab time. Did the behind the scene tour with Lucy. She was very knowledgeable. Saw the feeding of the sharks with mick which was also amazing. Thank you sealife for all the conservation and educational work you do to inform the public on the oceans and its creatures.

Lined up for nothing
Jul. 2021
We did all the right things- booked online having purchased an annual ticket, wolfed our lunch down to make sure we got to our 1:30 booking on time, lined up in the cold until 1:45 only to get to the front of the line to be told we had lined up at the wrong side, but rather than be allowed in, we were told we would need to go to the end of the other line and stand in the rain until we could get in. What a waste of time and energy. I won't bother with another annual pass given the amount of times we have actually used them. The attendant was rude and cranky and told us they regularly go along the line to let people know there are two lines- this is the first time we have seen this and no-one checked the entire time we were lined up. We were not the only family caught out.

A great experience
Jun. 2021 • Couples
A great collection of sea life, this is a great place for young and old. Very well set out for flow of visitors, lots of great exhibits including an awesome ocean tunnel filled with sharks and rays. Great sealion show as well. You really must book ahead and you save money on weekdays if you book at least one day in advance. Only criticism is it's a bit overpriced at $44 an adult ticket.

Too expensive for the experience
Mar. 2021
Prices are quite expensive for what is a very short experience.
You're only in there for 1-2 hours and when taking a family it is costly.

The staff were all great, it was way over crowded in there and we felt like we could hardly move in some spots, line to get in was outrageously long even though you book a time slot.
Just felt like way too many people were in there and it was too short for the cost involved.

Swim with the sharks is great!
Apr. 2021
Thanks to the fun team who took me swimming with the sharks! I actually found I like the rays best. Interesting to be able to get so close to creatures, even as a diver I’ve never been that close.

We enjoyed it with our little one!
Apr. 2021 • Family
There is a lot to see, and our 1 year old baby girl enjoyed it as well. First time we took her out to see sea animals. I recon it's a great day trip activity for family, especially for the little one to open their eyes up and see different sea animals.
I also learnt myself that the starfish is not a fish so should be called sea star. A take way for me today.
Will come back again when she's older.
The entry family photos are looking really good and we purchased them to show our daughter when she is a bit older.

Good way to fill in an hour
Apr. 2021 • Family
This is a nice mid size aquarium. Allocated session times meant no long lines during school holidays. This may just be a covid thing though. The seal show is more about a quick lesson on environmental impacts on sea life, rather than a performance.
Also note that when they give you the ticket for your pre-entry photos you don’t have to view them there as you leave, you can do it online afterwards using the ticket code.

Amazing family experience with added options for special occassions
Feb. 2021
My nieces and I purchased the behind the scenes tour with a fantastic energetic guide who passed on her knowledge of the turtles and feeding regimes. The glass archway where you walk under the fish is simply amazing. HR needs a shout out as they have the most happy, knowledgeable and helpful staff of any tourist attraction out. Nieces also swam with the seals on seal island and we all were amazed by the staff who checked on us throughout our visit. Very child friendly and arrows show you where to walk during these times.
