Our 2 boys loved Nate. He was friendly and very helpful. A little disappointed in the gentleman who didn’t even share one fillet of his huge king fish. Mmmm sharing is caring. Half a bag full of fish - come on mate. Would have really been kind and made all the kids day to share- even just one fillet.

We had an absolute CRACKER of a day with Odyssey Charters for our 2020 work Christmas party. Lachie and Brodie had us straight into the fish from the first cast and were very helpful throughout the whole process, the boat and gear were great, would recommend to anyone! Well done Odyssey Charters 👏👏 we will be back again!

This is our 4th fishing trip with these guys. We have always caught fish, my only concern is that they should inform customers that fishing can cause sea sickness. We had a couple of customers that were sick unfortunately, which seemed to cut our fishing day short. Otherwise, they run an excellent day out. Photo of a shark

We were all shown the basics and started fishing as soon as we arrived on the reef, didn't take too long to get there as the weather was perfect. Didn't take too long to start catching fish either, just a shame they were too small to keep. Wasn't long before fish were caught that were big enough, which was encouraging. Great to see dolphins up close, also saw a turtle. Great day out.

Great day smooth morning on the water which made our run time out to the reef nearly 15 minutes faster which means more fishing time. Did a full day charter which is 9 hours. Lots of deep 80 metre plus water which is hard work pulling fish up. Some great Parrot fish landed and a few decent Snapper. Grinners made it hard in a few spots but our Skipper didn’t muck around if they were on the chew and moved us fast. Full boat and some guys were slow on their lines which meant tangles but our crew were great and fixed that fast. We did quite a few Whales. Always a great bonus. Plenty to eat with cakes and biscuits for morning tea. Subs for lunch. Cheese and bikkies for afternoon tea on the way back. Cold water and soft drinks. Some guys bought on a few drinks of their own no problem.
