We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Looks like a great historic place to visit, only it’s closed to March 2024, ie for a few months. From the riverwalk you can see inside looks worthwhile

An interesting and well maintained trained small folk museum. The volunteers were friendly and knowledgeable. We were fortunate ate to enjoy a cup of tea and home made damper as part of a local tour. Well worth the visit.

A stop here on our tour was interesting with a coffee from cafe next door. Lots of local & historical items to look at. Check the days open as not open every day.

I found this little museum to be packed with so much, that I couldn't take it all in, with just one visit.

We walked past the back of the museum and thought it looked interesting, so the next morning we went for a visit. They had really interesting collections and histories of the area. The volunteers were wonderful.

Another of the many small country museums that emphasise the early settlers and farmers in the area. Even saw some items that I have used when I was a lad!

If you love history and what to know more about Goondiwindi this is the place for you lots of things to read and to see here and the staff is very helpful and know what they are talking about. Well thought out museum with lots of displays and things like what they use to do back in the 1800 ect. Not very expensive about $5 to get in well worth it.

Went there on a Saturday morning and were filled with info about the museum and the general region by a volunteer guide. Lots of household gear and old machinery and farm gear is set out usually with short explanatory notes. Depending on YOUR age, it is a trip down a long distant memory lane or a reminder of life gone by in rural Australia.
