Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited Seaview many years ago so was delighted to re-visit now I'm somewhat of a local. The couple of pieces we purchased back then as souvenirs - the clay sculptures of Lindsay Muir - still provide enjoyment & comment from visitors.
This is a Gallery where a unique gift can be spotted for someone special.
Trouble is, it is so tempting to get a special piece for yourself!
Now I am reacquainted with SEAVIEW, I am bound to return.

Wandered in after lunch and was impressed by the variety of local artists offered. The proprieter was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very high standard of local art and local subject matter. Right at the beach, it’s a very pleasant space to visit . Prices are in an acceptable range.

Recommended by a local publication we visited here twice, once on our own and again a week later with friends. Although we didn't buy anything there was a very good range on offer from local artists. Well worth a visit.

The gallery is staffed with resident artists on a volunteer basis which is a great idea however the art itself is very dated and tired. If you like overpriced artwork from the 80's than this is the place for you.

The talent displayed from various exhibitors at the Gallery is overwhelming. There is the greatest joy just browsing and looking at the wonderful array of items to be seen: from art to mosaic and craft pictures as well as jewellery. Gentle and welcoming - just cannot go past without looking inside. Highly recommend

We cannot visit Moffat Beach without calling in to the Seaview Art Gallery. It never disappoints. There is a wide range from local artisans around the coast from original paintings, sculptures, mosaics, jewellery, pottery and the list goes on. Some beautiful pieces can be purchased for personal use or to display a statement piece in your home.
