Burleigh Heads Rock Pools

Just in front of John Laws Park, the Burleigh Heads Rock Pools are tidal, meaning flooded at high tide, but fabulous to explore at low tide.

I have vivid childhood memories of clambering around this rocky foreshore, finding all manner of sea life caught between the tides amongst the rocks.

An absolute must for the kids (with supervision)
