    Nice spot for photos
Nicely upgraded lookout area with signage explaining how to look out for whales. The lighthouse has been repainted and it looks nice. A nice stop to take in the views and photo opportunities with the lighthouse. Short drive from the Ulladulla town centre.

    Nice views
This is only a few minutes drive from the Princes Hwy, so not far from Ulladulla main shops. Plenty of parking, there is the lighthouse (which can't be accessed), some info signs about the lighthouse/whales and the views. No shady areas for a picnic and no toilet or water taps that I saw. From the carpark, there was a muddy walking path which eventually lead to another cliff top and a view looking south. Nice to pass a few minutes, but I wouldn't go out of my way if time in the area was short.

    Interesting piece of history
An interesting spot with well maintained surrounds and adequate parking. The steel lighthouse is still operational, however, with a modern light. The structure was initially located on t h e north side of Ulladulla harbour then relocated in the late 1800's. There relatively short walks from the main area. These are made and easy going but could do with maintenance. Great views though. .

This great vantage point is perfect for whale watching ..good parking too. There is also a walk along the coast that is easy enough for children.

The lighthouse was closed for most of 2018 for roadworks and now the road is closed again and not open until November 2019. This is the height of the whale watching season and it is ridiculous to shut down the road for 4 months for minor 'improvements' to the footpath. Bad planning!!

You can drive right up to the light house and viewing platform so no excuses for not doing a drive by. This is as much about the viewing area as the light house. From all the information boards I guess this is a good place for whale watching, but wrong time of year now. They could have added some info on the light house itself. Missed opportunity. This is a good place to park and go for a walk in the reserve.

It is just a short detour from the Princes Highway through beautiful bushland to this lovely Lighthouse. You can walk down to the beach with the snorkelers and the view is magical. I suggest calling into Hayden's Pies to put together a picnic lunch and using this area for your Rest, Revive and Survive stopover. Perfect.

Can you imagine driving all the way here, and the place is closed, with no clear indication whatsoever. The roads are being repaired, and there is no way to see the lighthouse whatsoever.
What a waste of time!

The lighthouse is quite imposing, although unfortunately it looks a little forlorn standing in the middle of the bitumen carpark - it's a shame there isn't a little garden or greenspace around it. There are great view out from the nearby lookout, and the "One Track for All" indigenous walk starts nearby.

Pretty much a standard lighthouse but the lookout offers spectacular coastal views.
Below the cliff is an ocean rock shelf. Many seals enjoying the sun and assorted sea birds doing what they do.
Check it all out when visiting Ulladulla.
