Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

To be honest, when you step inside you don't expect much but we were blown away with the number of arcade games and other activities.
The rides are very reasonably priced and a little goes a lond way!!! My 4 and 2 year old nieces enjoyed the kids rides and played several other games. We also did the dodge car.
The Funland was very clean and there were sanitisers everywhere. We visited on a Tuesday morning so there weren't many people which was good. The staff were very helpful.

I have brought my younger siblings here many times and they always adore it. Friendly staff too!
The girl with the curly hair (blonde), looked about 16, was some of the best service I have ever gotten from a teenager.

We stopped in at Funland Ulladulla because the name is so fun to say and we had visited about 11years ago when on our first trip to Oz. This time I was not on a fistful of hallucinogens but it was still a heckuva lot of fun. Dodgem cars we annihilated some teens , laser tag we school some folks with that (actually some pint sized kids beat us) and there are lots of great arcade games to play and pump your money into. Not expensive overall when you break down the fun value of it all.

Funland is an indoor games/entertainment centre in Ulladulla, similar to Timezone. After having seen the ads of TV for years and singing the 'famous' jingle with my family, we decided to finally check it out (with much anticipation!) It is free admission to go inside but to play any of the video games/pinball machines you had to buy a swipe card from the main counter. Upon entry the prices seemed reasonable - we shared a $20 swipe card.
We were pretty impressed at the huge array of video games in the centre. Unfortunately on the day we visited over HALF of all the video games were out of order. Also on many of the two or three player games, only one player would work.
Funland felt a little tired and could do with a more modern makeover. The centre should invest a bit of time and money in maintaining their machines as we felt a little ripped off. We only lasted just under an hour inside but you could spend more time if you went on the dodgem cars or laser tag.
A positive was the great selection of prizes available at the front counter that you can 'win' after redeeming the points on your swipe card. We had fun choosing our prizes!

Very dark and dated inside. Ages 6+ will enjoy it but it's extremely expensive. Even the claw skill tester is $2 for one go! Clubs at least give you about 3 goes. Toddler soft play area and dark and hopeless.

Came here with 2 teenage boys and 8 yr old girl, plenty of games to play so that side of things was good... Sign said $25 unlimited for 2 hours, add extra $5 for laser tag. So bought 3 X $30 cards only to have them all run out within 15 minutes... When I questioned it with the older man behind the counter he said that deal was only for the school holidays and Friday nights.... All you get is the $30 on the card and most games were between $2 and $5, averaging more on the higher side $$.... Well take the bloody sign away then or honour the deal you are still advertising!!!! Spent $90 for 15 minutes, what a waste of money!!!
Would only recommend going to this place in school holidays as its not a rip off then, or go to Iplay- much better value than this place!!!

I have been here many times over the years and have never received such poor service. I went to redeem a voucher my son won in the Maccas Monopoly. I handed the voucher to an older man behind the counter. In return he gave me a card and the only information he gave me was that it could not accumulate credit. I didn't use the card then, but came back the next day. My son went to use the card and it wasn't valid. When I enquired at the desk a young worker informed me the card had to be used within an hour of receiving it. The older man was behind the counter again. I said to him that he did not inform me of this condition. His response was "everyone knows that". I said that I didn't and that perhaps he should inform people in the future. I asked him what the voucher was worth and he said $25. I said "so, I have lost $25". To which he replied "no you haven't, it was a prize, so You haven't lost anything". When I asked to have the money put back on the card he refused. I could not believe that he didn't apologise for the lack of information he gave me about the voucher. Such arrogance! When I went back the following day I saw a woman redeeming her voucher. The young girl there gave an explanation of the conditions of the voucher. It was a pity I wasn't served by her instead of this arrogant older man. Younger workers are often criticised but they had a lot better communication skills than the older worker/manager!!

This place is awful. Hard to explain this 'entertainment centre' it reminds me of places I went to on the Gold Coast 30 years ago, probably because that is when this was last updated. The machines are so old, outdated and dirty and the whole place is just run-down and the mangement doesn't seem to care. On our visit many machines were out of order or just broken. If you are looking for a few hours fun on a rainy day I would reommend the Dunn Lewis Bowling Centre in St Vincent Stree.
This place is just a waste of time and money.

With 3 boys under the age of 10 you can imagine their excitement at the thought of taking a trip to the Funland arcade.
The subsequent disappointment and consolation that followed was not what was needed after an hour long drive.
The games were extremely outdated, not working correctly or not working at all.
On the day of the visit there was at least 10-15+ games not working at all. And then again at least 10-15 not functioning correctly i.e. Taking your
Money and not allowing play.
The staff were overworked and undermanned, so they are not to blame.
I think management/owners may need a good kick into the 21st century and put some of the money they have earned over the last 30 yrs back into the business!

We found it to be not very clean and a few of the machines did not seem to work properly. By the time we worked them out our money had run out and the children were very disappointed. Would not return.
