My sister and I did the Empress Falls Canyoning/Abseiling tour with Gilbert and Dan and it was AMAZING! They were great teachers. The sights were breathtaking. The view for lunch (and lunch itself) were fabulous! Dan and Gilbert patient, encouraging and very knowledgeable. It was truly the trip of a lifetime!

Thanks for the feedback Kelly. Dan and Gilbert are new to the team this summer and it's great to get feedback from our guests about how they're doing. All those adjectives you used about their work were super kind, thanks! I've passed your review on to them. We're glad you guys had a good day out and enjoyed everything we... More

We were recommended BMAC by our hostel down the road. We showed up the evening before wanting to book a very last minute trip canyoning for the next morning! The team in the office were very welcoming and so accommodating, and we were lucky to end up with our own private tour of the canyon just the two of us... More

It's nice to know that we're being recommended locally. Thanks. Also nice to hear that we could squeeze you in at late notice AND on a trip with just you guys! Bonus! I've never had someone thank Hugh for his jokes before (certainly the rest of the team never do!) but if it got a giggle out of you then... More

I have now had 3 separate experiences with this group and they are always good. The guides are always great, very knowledgeable and eager to make sure everyone has a great time. The options are great for beginner to advanced and mixed groups as well, they know the best spots and will keep you safe. Dont forget to get some... More

Hi Stephen. Thanks for joining us for multiple adventures! We work hard to have that mix of trips from beginner to advanced and I'm glad we hit the target for you. As a guest who has been out with us a few times, we'd love to know how we can turn that 4 star review in to a 5 star... More

Participated in the Serendipity Canyon canyoning tour the other day guided by Nick and Stew. All I can say is it was epic and those guys are legends in my book. What an awesome and unique way to conclude my time in the Blue Mountains. They were super fun guides with awesome senses of humour, a plethora of knowledge of... More

Thanks so much for the detailed review Nick. You got a great combo in Nick and Stew and hit the nail on the head for that combo: sense of humour and knowledgeable. I'll be sure to pass your feedback on to them both and we hope the rest of your holidays up the East Coast are similarly top shelf. More

My son and I experienced a great day through Serendipity Canyon. Guided gently through the Canyon we experienced beautifully carved Sandstone with opportunities to abseil, swim and hike. The glow worms at the end of the Canyon were a real treat. We finished the Canyon with a swim in a pristine pool. Lunch was tasty and filling before a steep... More

This was a lovely review to read, thank you. You've done well to capture the Serendipity experience: lots of lovely little bits that overall make up a delightful day out (and then a steep hike out!). I'll be sure to pass your feedback on to Greg. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review. More

We did a day of abseiling and canyoning with Stew. We had a great day, really enjoyed ourselves! Absolutely recommend them for your day of adventure in the Blue Mountains. We were 'rookies' in the morning but in the afternoon finished our canyoning with a high abseil in the waterfall: what a great feeling. The support of Stew was great,... More

My friend and I signed up for a day of canyoning in Sheep Dip/Rocky Creek. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful (shout out to Tim)! They've really put together a great team. They supply every piece of gear you could possibly need. This includes shoes (if you don't want to get yours wet), water bottles, hats, fleeces, rain... More

Putting together a good team is the perennial challenge for any small business, but thanks for saying we're doing well at it. We're also glad you found the additional gear helpful: our goal is that someone can walk in wearing high heels and skirt and we can still get them out for the day. The drive out is a bit... More

I went on two tours: abseiling + Empress Falls with Stu and Charles, and Sheep Dip & Rocky Creek with Stu and Alex (I think? sorry terrible with names!).
