My son and I experienced a great day through Serendipity Canyon. Guided gently through the Canyon we experienced beautifully carved Sandstone with opportunities to abseil, swim and hike. The glow worms at the end of the Canyon were a real treat. We finished the Canyon with a swim in a pristine pool. Lunch was tasty and filling before a steep... More

This was a lovely review to read, thank you. You've done well to capture the Serendipity experience: lots of lovely little bits that overall make up a delightful day out (and then a steep hike out!). I'll be sure to pass your feedback on to Greg. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review. More

We did a day of abseiling and canyoning with Stew. We had a great day, really enjoyed ourselves! Absolutely recommend them for your day of adventure in the Blue Mountains. We were 'rookies' in the morning but in the afternoon finished our canyoning with a high abseil in the waterfall: what a great feeling. The support of Stew was great,... More

My friend and I signed up for a day of canyoning in Sheep Dip/Rocky Creek. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful (shout out to Tim)! They've really put together a great team. They supply every piece of gear you could possibly need. This includes shoes (if you don't want to get yours wet), water bottles, hats, fleeces, rain... More

Putting together a good team is the perennial challenge for any small business, but thanks for saying we're doing well at it. We're also glad you found the additional gear helpful: our goal is that someone can walk in wearing high heels and skirt and we can still get them out for the day. The drive out is a bit... More

I went on two tours: abseiling + Empress Falls with Stu and Charles, and Sheep Dip & Rocky Creek with Stu and Alex (I think? sorry terrible with names!). The tour guides were amazing and oh so patient, so if you think your fitness level isn't up to scratch there's no need to fear because the guides will have your... More

Thanks for joining us for two adventures - you picked a great combo with lots of fun stuff involved. It's great to get that feedback about our guides: patience and delight are two things we work on delivering and it sounds like the guys hit the mark on these two fronts for your days out. It's also awesome to know... More

Stu and Dan took our family of 5 (3 teenagers and 2 parents in their mid-40's) on a truly awesome day of canyoning and absailing in the blue mountains. We had not done anything like this before, and we felt safe and secure with them, had an amazing time having a truly memorable experience, and really thank them for their... More

Just returned from a truly brilliant experience. Abseiling and Canyoning at Empress Falls in the Blue Mountains. Our guide Stewart was so good. He delivered a fabulous experience for my wife and I. Safety was paramount and his instruction was easy to follow. The scenery was spectacular. The experience is just so good we are already planning our next adventure... More

Thanks Anthony - that's really lovely feedback to get and I'll be sure to pass it on to Stew. He's a solid guide and you're welcome to request him by name if you bring back the family for another adventure (I'm sure Stew has already recommended a good follow up experience). Cheers for the review More

I had a pleasure of spending a day rock climbing and canyoning alone with a guide, Tim, as the group I was joining postponed their trip. I felt Tim took the time to really listen to my concerns and expectations for the day, which made me feel super safe and well taken care of! I was initially booked in for... More

Wowsers! What a review. It sounds like you had an exceptional day and were very fortunate to land on a private experience! Tim is widely recognised as one of the most knowledgeable guides in the community, although he would of course deny any such reputation. But regardless, we're glad to hear that not only did you have a fun day... More

Had an amazing day with my girlfriend and guide Stewart doing the Empress Falls canyoning and waterfall abseil! Started the day with a course in abseiling which was very helpful in preparing us for the actual abseil during the canyon. Stew was a very helpful and knowledgeable guide, teaching us the correct techniques and safety procedures to get us comfortable... More

Thanks for the review Jack. We're glad that you found the morning session of abseiling meant that you had enough experience to be able to fully appreciate the waterfall abseil in the afternoon - it can be quite intimidating and we think it's much better when you have your eyes open. I'll pass your feedback on to Stew, and if... More

My partner and I did the Grand Canyon abseiling/canyoning tour two days ago - we were blown away not only by the beauty of the canyon but by the team at Blue Mountains Adventure Company. Thanks so much for your review. As a manager it's nice to know that the things I have a more direct hand in rate a mention in our reviews!
