Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The view from the Lookout gives a very clear perspective of the spreadout of Cowra with its very wide streets (and plenty of parking!).

Great to see that Cowra is growing and supporting many businesses
There was also a wildlife enclosure on top of this hill with many kangaroos

It is well worth the time to go up this lookout and see the surrounding countryside. You can look out over Cowra to the rolling hills.

Being a regular visitor to the area when I was a child, we would frequent this park. Over the years you could walk through area's which had Kangaroo's & couple of Emu's. Although we did see one Kangaroo, I'm not sure whether this option is still available.
I decided to take my 10yrold to the park as it was her first time.
I was pleasantly surprised to see some newly installed play equipment, which was for all ages.
Also pleasantly surprised at the very clean & looked like fairly recent renovation to the toilet block. Lets hope the grubs in society respect the facilities provided.
Although time was limited due to drizzling rain, I'll definitely take my daughter back for a longer visit the next time in town.

The lookout had good views of Cowra but having been in the Japanese Garden next door which was immaculate, the lookout was neglected, weed strewn and just not well maintained. A pity as it had so much potential.

Was drizzling and limited view, so you could tell there were hills all around Cowra, but indistinguishable rom clouds.

This is a great place for a picnic after you have visited the Japanese garden. We walked up and got a view and found a shady bench to sit and eat.

I always enjoy a good view from the top if possible in a place that’s new to me.
It gives you a good idea about the size and layout of a city or town.
This lookout is just up from the beautiful Japanese Gardens, and you can even take a picnic with you. Children too can enjoy the place with grassy areas and a playground is very close.
The view is lovely.

The look out was easy to get to. Could park very close and a short walk up aprox 10 uneven stone steps but is a great view. The adventure park looked great for kids with many slids, swing and many walking areas.
