Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great to see that Cowra is growing and supporting many businesses
There was also a wildlife enclosure on top of this hill with many kangaroos

It is well worth the time to go up this lookout and see the surrounding countryside. You can look out over Cowra to the rolling hills.

The lookout had good views of Cowra but having been in the Japanese Garden next door which was immaculate, the lookout was neglected, weed strewn and just not well maintained. A pity as it had so much potential.

The view from the Lookout gives a very clear perspective of the spreadout of Cowra with its very wide streets (and plenty of parking!).

Enjoyed the views and the perspective it offered. Sad about the takeawy food de dis that littered the car park.

Drive up, park, relax and have a picnic while the children play. When you're ready take a walk to the top and look at Cowra and the area, it is beautiful. When quiet you can hear the birds and the occasional chimes of the Japanese peace bell. Lovely.

We went for sunrise, but at any time of day this would be a visit if you're in Cowra. Nothing at all is hard about it and the view is lovely. Sunrise was lovely over the fields. Sunset (which we wont make it to) would be delicious too. Take a look for sure

Convenient stroll or drive from town and adjacent to the Japanese Gardens.
Great lookout over the local country side.
Particularly worth the effort during the spring with the canola crops making a green and yellow quilt of the landscape.
Easy parking and access to the lower lookout, but a good set of shoes and knees for the steps to the upper one.

Was drizzling and limited view, so you could tell there were hills all around Cowra, but indistinguishable rom clouds.
