The Cooma Visitors Centre is open 7 days a week, 364 days a year. Our friendly and helpful team is ready to help you with your Cooma & Snowies adventure!
We provide FREE information to visitors and locals and can advise on a range of topics including (but not limited to - seriously, try us, we may know!);

Learnt so much about Cooma & its surroundings. Maralyn was exceptional in her knowledge. We appreciated her friendliness and above all her knowledge was exceptional. Definitely important to visit these centres as they really do promote and help visitors to not only learn the history of towns, but they give helpful information on the best routes to travel.

Very helpful staff in this visitor centre. Gave us a town map and explicit directions to where we wanted to go.

My family was well looked after by the lovely staff here. They offered very helpful and thoughtful advice on how my parents (aged 60+) could access Mt Kosciuszko via lift, walk or drive. They had a wonderful day thanks to their advice. Thank you to Heather and Nicole for your good listening, assistance with maps, accurate information and warm customer service. It was very much appreciated!

We were staying in Canberra and looking for information about the snow and how best to navigate all the required information. We called a lot of places but didn't find it easy to get the info we needed UNTIL we called the Cooma Visitors Centre and spoke to Emily!
Emily was incredible, she literally helped us plan our whole trip, and all from over the phone! I was so happy and our family had the best day, well organised with transport, gear hire and drive times, all because we called the right place!

We had limited time at Cooma so vent to the visitors center and goot excellent guidence on what we should be doing. helped us enjot Cooma in the limited time we were there.

Absolutely outstanding knowledge from Suzanne, at the Cooma Visitors Centre. She had a wealth of information that I really struggled to find on the internet. Definitely stop in if you have any questions, it was a very pleasant experience. They also let us know about a great photography exhibition that was happening up the road.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Suzanne and Maralyn were truly amazing and gave us some fantastic advice that suited my budget and allowed us to really make the most of our trip. They even gave us advice for building a snowman.
