About
This unique tour is the only sailing outrigger canoe in Australia and operates 1 1/2 hour tours on a daily basis. Sailing is a large part of the tour on the waters off Airlie Beach, Whitsundays. We also paddle and guests can help as crew if the wish. Tours depart from the Lagoon Beach, a short stroll through the township of Airlie beach.

Stephen met us on the beach with his beautiful outrigger waiting for us in the water for a sunset tour. There was nobody else and we had the boat to ourselves. Stephen was an excellent guide and told about the local nature and community. His family run business have built the outrigger themselves and it’s absolutely stunning, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be on the outrigger as none others exist in the world like it!
Stephen took us on a tour of the bay, provided us with some drinks and nibbles, we paddled and loved it! On the way back we enjoyed sitting on the trampolines and getting wet in the warm summer water.
Highly recommend, and a definite must to do in Airlie beach!

This was an experience different to anything else on offer. It was intimate, interesting and flexible. The time spent on and off the water felt like a trip out with a friend who wants to show you around on a water craft they love, in a place they know like the back of their hand.
The outrigger was adventurous and safe.

We really enjoyed our outrigger canoe/sailing tour. Michelle and Stephen were very friendly, helpful and professional. They gave my daughter special jobs to help her engage with the trip. There were only three people on the tour, we enjoyed a very personalized experience. I highly recommend this tour!

Today my friend Bec and I joined Steve on his fantastic 1 1/2 hour sailing tour and had a brilliant time. It was so wonderful to be so close to the ocean yet feel so safe. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us great information about the local area. It's a fun activity to do even if the weather isn't sunny. We will definitely do that tour again next time we're here!

We had a wonderful paddling/sail morning with Steve! Was so great to be on the water and a great way to enjoy Airlie Beach! Seeing the turtles were awesome. It didn't matter how effective our paddling was and Steve is a lovely and easy-going guy. Definitely recommend :)

It was fund paddling off Airlie Beach. We went to view the tuttles at Turtle Cove. We seen a few but the weather was a bit blowy. We still have a good time on the water. Steve was a great guide.

Took the 2 hour cruise with Steve spotting turtles and dolphins. Steve is an excellent guide and the outrigger itself is a fun little craft to do this sort of tour in - quiet compared to jet skis so more chance of seeing the wildlife.
Overall, great value and an excellent way to spend a morning (or evening) on the water.

Spent our last day at Airlie Beach with Steve on the Ohana, a four berth outrigger canoe. My wife and I had a great time on the 90 minute relaxing tour. Steve was an ideal operator, friendly, laid back with interesting snippets of information.
