Fantastic day out from start to finish . Staff were amazing so friendly , they made the day a fun experience. Would highly recommend going on this trip . From the Scottish family , well done to the staff team.
Such an amazing trip around the whitsundays!! I am travelling alone and am on a travellers budget, so wanted something affordable but still wanted to make sure I saw everything, and this ticked every box!! The boat ride itself was super fun, bouncing around at...More
It was a great trip with these guys, very relaxing and also, funny. We loved the places we visited with ZigZag Whitsundays; snorkeling in those two spots, swimming in the beautiful Whiteheaven beach and finishing our trip at Palm Bay with a cocktail.
Group of 5 went on a day out on the beautiful aqua blue ocean, we snorkeled, had a delicious lunch- there was plenty to eat, went to the lookout - which was just gorgeous. The guide/skipper was amazing he had the boat laughing the whole...More

I am normally hesitant of group tours they can be a little impersonal and you're treated like cattle.
Well not with these guys!
Our tour guides were personable, funny, and had excellent local knowledge.
They really seemed to want everyone to have a great time....More

Hi :) . ZigZag has a meeting time of 8am at Abell Point Marina North End and Returns between 4 - 4.30pm the same day. It does depend which cruise ship you are on and what timeframe the cruise ship has to visit Airlie Beach.
We do not have a cruise chip terminal here in the Whitsundays. The ship anchors around 3km off shore and smaller ferries and lifeboats bring the guests to the mainland. The problem with this is not all guests of the cruise ship can depart and return at the same time.
Let say there is 2000 people on the cruise ship and the cruise company says you have from 7.30am to 5pm in Airlie Beach . The first ferry will start taking people to shore at 7,30am and with a 40min round trip will work for the next 3 hours. Some cruise companies will say that those guests will have to be on the first ferry back at 3pm.
While every cruise company is different, it is normally to tight a time frame to join the ZigZag day tour while you are on a cruise ship visiting Airlie Beach. The last thing we want is you missing your boat.
Hope that helps. The ZigZag Crew
