Great experience to get our holiday underway. My wife and I landed very early from WA and so booked a couples relaxation massage to unwind. Fantastic service, experience and therapists. Very attentive and personalized, especially for my wife who has had several surgeries. We were so pleased with Aleesha and Bec, that we rebooked a follow up on our last day, when Carolynn also delivered a 5-star treatment.

Anna and the girls at the spa were simply amazing. We felt welcome from the minute we walked in. The first treatment we had was so lovely we immediately booked another facial a few days later. Simply the best place for total relaxation, pampering and walking away feeling completely refreshed! A huge must for anyone on holiday!!

What a fantastic experience. The girls were amazing and the couples Swedish massage we had was heavenly. Even my partner whose not a massage fan loved it. The ambience of the place was beautiful and we both left there feeling revitalised and relaxed. A definite must to do.

Hubby and I had booked in to have massages at the same time and NOT in the same room. I was so excited about this massage. Peppers is known for their spa treatments
I have been raised that if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all but I cannot leave this unsaid so please don’t take what I am about to say lightly
But this was the worst relaxation massage I have ever had . I won’t leave names but happy to discuss with management should they reach out
If I compare this with an endota massage is probably the best way I can break this down
First , hubby and I were in the same room. Our email requested separate rooms. Not a great start but whatevs. The massages would make up for listening to hubby snore lol
Next, I wasn’t a fan of the aboriginal music. Not so much the music but the singing . I kept thinking someone was talking to me so I was distracted , but that’s no biggy . Just a personal preference
Then the massage started. I literally felt like she slapped on some oil and ran it up and down my leg or other body part for the allotted time
Then after each body part if finished she uses a hot towel to wipe off the oil which makes you cold
Not all body parts were massaged. No arms , hands, feet, head
Maybe the good staff were absent today
Maybe my expectations were too high
But no maybe about the fact that we just paid $130pp to he rubbed down in oil

I truly had the most beautiful time at Peppers Spa - Palm Cove.
My mum and I aren’t really ‘spa people’, mostly in the sense that we don’t really get much opportunity at home.
We recently stayed at Peppers Beach Club & Spa Palm Cove.
While we were there we booked 2 spa ‘experiences’ Coconut Ocean Wave and Utopia.
It was paradise. The ladies were absolutely lovely, so kind, calm and professional.
The Vichy shower as part of Coconut Ocean Wave package was the most unique spa experience of my life. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Palm Cove. My whole body felt smooth and hydrated after the treatment. Beyond that, the Vichy shower was like lying in warm rain, truly beautiful.
I cannot recommend these treatments enough and want to thank the lovely ladies Ann-Maree, Malena and Jane who made this beautiful experience possible.

Amazing place. Very attentive staff. Massage was fantastic, pressure just right, and worked on specific areas to help with my aches and pains. My wife said her facial was amazing and her skin glowed afterwards. She loved the Thalgo products. We will no doubt be back in the future. Will highly recommend to friends and family who are visiting Palm Cove.

My husband and I treated ourselves to a massage while away on our honeymoon. We called and got appointments together for later the same day. Upon arrival, both ladies were very lovely and make us feel welcomed from the get go. The massages were beautiful and we both enjoyed our experience. They included a few moments of Aboriginal smoking before and after which were a perfect touch to the experience.

My partner and I visited the spa when we stayed at peppers. Absolutely blissful treatment - he is now a facial convert! I had the detox bliss and a facial and my skin feels amazing. The staff were fantastic and knew their stuff. Highly recommend.

This was an amazing experience! We booked a package called the Mala Mayi, and was happily surprised at the experience. We had no idea what this would be and let me tell you, it was amazing! Exfoliate, mud wrap, rain bath...followed by a great massage and you are reinvigorated and ready for the next adventure! We had Malena and Jane who were terrific and walked us through the process enjoying every relaxing minute with great teas and their expertise. So glad we had the opportunity to do this! Thank you Jane and Malena for making my friends birthday the best one ever!!

Last Saturday I treated myself to the 3hr Dream Package at Peppers Day Spa Palm Cove. Anne Maree was the perfect person for this ritual, calm, soothing and made me feel totally relaxed during the whole time. She explained everything first and then went on to provide me with an absolutely wonderful head to toe experience. The body exfoliation, seaweed wrap, hair masque & head massage followed by a Vichy shower (which Id never even heard off) was just amazing. After that I was sent off dreaming with a soothing body massage, a facial that left me glowing and a feet and hand treatment to complete the session. It was well worth every single cent, the products were absolutely beautiful and I think I glided out of there feeling like jelly but smooth and glowing. I will be sure to return next visit to FNQ even if it is only for a facial and have already recommended Anne Maree and Peppers Day Spa to friends and family. Im a very fussy person but this was definitely 5 star!!

You are definitely on point when you mention Ann-Maree in such glowing terms. As our senior long time member of the team Ann-Maree is that special blend of nurture, experience & honed professional technique. Lucky you.
So pleased too that you got to experience the VICHY shower for the first time - it sure is amazing. We all love it when our clients are: calmed, soothed, dreamy, relaxed, amazed & glide out feeling "jelly but smooth and glowing" Nice : )

Is this resort the right place to go with children aged 14 and 12 or would Peppers in Port Douglas suit better?

We went in June and the warmest pool was the one which gets run off from the spa. It was quite a nice temperature.
The pool with the swim up bar was very cold (not many braved it) and the tranquility pool was even more so.
