Visited the Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa,at the Mantra Amphora, for the first time although this was my fourth visit to the hotel. I was welcomed by Catherine who explained in detail what my package would include. She was very calm and pleasant and made the experience very relaxing. The full body massage was especially good and I also loved the booster facial and foot massage. All in all, I felt very pampered and relaxed and at the close, I could easily have drifted off to sleep. The whole environment and ambience was cosy, warm and inviting with flickering candles, delicious scents and soft background music. Afterwards, I was invited to take a comfortable seat in the adjacent lounge area, where I could drink some water or refreshing fruit tea and peruse the display of lotions, potions, and creams, etc. which were available for purchase. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and one I would highly recommend.

My husband and I came here for a treatment whilst on holiday. We were greeted by smiles and friendly staff, a glass of water and herbal tea. The rooms smelt beautiful of essential oils and the therapists were very experienced. They went above and beyond to make our experience relaxing. This was my first massage and facial since finishing chemotherapy and the girls made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. It meant the world to me to feel a sense of normality again and unwind. Thank you for a wonderful treatment! We can't wait to return one day 😀

Best massage rejuvenation treatment i have had. Body scrub, vichy shower, facial, head massage and hair treatment to which i bought the conditioner. Staff were amazing and I will be back. Blissful!

As working in a luxury spa myself my expectations may be quite high getting a treatment for myself, this experience was just out of this world. Exceeded all my expectations, it was absolutely beautiful. The spa environment was beautiful and peaceful, great amenities in the changing room and it was so nice relaxing in the lounge after the treatment and being offered delicious iced tea! I had a Escape package with a bodyscrub and vichy shower and I can’t reccommend this treatment enough. I usually find it hard to let myself just relax during treatment but this one got me in such a meditative state. Selena did absolutely amazing job from start to finish, this was the best treatment I’ve ever had in my life. I even got to choose the scrub that was used in the treatment and the scent of the products were so beautiful. I’ve tried to find a good massage therapist for so long and usually always end up dissapointed when they don’t hear my preferences about the pressure and it always ends up hurting so much, but Selena consulted me very well and the massage was just perfect to my taste, so relaxing ❤️ They even used warmed massage oil which made the experience even better! Thank you so much, I would reccommend this spa and Selena to anyone! I’ll definitely come back again! ❤️
