As working in a luxury spa myself my expectations may be quite high getting a treatment for myself, this experience was just out of this world. Exceeded all my expectations, it was absolutely beautiful. The spa environment was beautiful and peaceful, great amenities in the changing room and it was so nice relaxing in the lounge after the treatment and being offered delicious iced tea! I had a Escape package with a bodyscrub and vichy shower and I can’t reccommend this treatment enough. I usually find it hard to let myself just relax during treatment but this one got me in such a meditative state. Selena did absolutely amazing job from start to finish, this was the best treatment I’ve ever had in my life. I even got to choose the scrub that was used in the treatment and the scent of the products were so beautiful. I’ve tried to find a good massage therapist for so long and usually always end up dissapointed when they don’t hear my preferences about the pressure and it always ends up hurting so much, but Selena consulted me very well and the massage was just perfect to my taste, so relaxing ❤️ They even used warmed massage oil which made the experience even better! Thank you so much, I would reccommend this spa and Selena to anyone! I’ll definitely come back again! ❤️

My husband and I came here for a treatment whilst on holiday. We were greeted by smiles and friendly staff, a glass of water and herbal tea. The rooms smelt beautiful of essential oils and the therapists were very experienced. They went above and beyond to make our experience relaxing. This was my first massage and facial since finishing chemotherapy and the girls made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. It meant the world to me to feel a sense of normality again and unwind. Thank you for a wonderful treatment! We can't wait to return one day 😀

My wife and I had a couples massage this afternoon and absolutely loved the treatment. We left feeling relaxed, calm and smelling amazing. We had the option to choose the oils we’d like which was a nice way to start. The relaxation room and tea post massage were beautiful also. A great why to start or end a holiday on Palm Cove.

I chose 3 of the Mix & Match treatments, Massage, Booster Facial & Foot pamper. All were amazing and relaxing. Excellent products used, no breakouts or reactions to the products used. Katherine was my therapist and she was amazing. Very welcoming, reassuring and an excellent masseuse. Highly recommend.

My husband & I had a couples massage. Wow! What a beautiful experience. From the moment we walked in it was pure luxury. The salon was beautiful & inviting. Glass of water & a cool towel on arrival, which was welcoming on the hot day. The massage was exceptional & so relaxing. The whole experience was extremely professional & left us wanting more. Start to finish the team were professional in creating a lovely spa experience. My 90min Hot stone massage with Ayano was one of the best I have personally experienced. I honestly don’t unwind easily and the treatment performed did just that with a delightful tea to replenish Thank you.

Superb. I had a 1 1/2 hour pampering session, and it was five star. The ambiance is exactly what you would expect of a luxury day spa, and my therapist was amazing. It was so good I went back a few days later and my daughter and I had a massage and a facial together. Again, it was wonderful. The professionalism of this spa shines through in the little details - the consistency of how each therapist starts and ends the treatments, from offering a different selection of oils, the same massage techniques etc. Pricing was really reasonable for the experience we received. Highly recommend, thinking of squeezing in another visit before we go home! Book in - you won't regret it

Was booked into go here by a friend. I have spa treatments all the time, this place was absolutely incredible, no wonder they win so many awards. From the very warm welcome, to well thought out amenities and absolutely to die for massage treatment. This place has everything you could ever ask for. Can’t wait for my next trip to book again.

Lovely experience. It was not my first time here but was my first massage only appointment. Previously I've had the Viche Shower and massage which was faultless. This time I enjoyed a 90 min massage, and am more than happy to recommend. The setting is serene and calming, and instantly puts you into a state of relaxation. The scents, sounds and muted voices were immediately soothing. The changing areas are lovely and your goods safely secured. The staff I encountered were so friendly and approachable, and no query was left unanswered. The massage therapist I had was receptive, understanfing and welcoming. I adjusted my pressure mid/beginning of the massage and it was instantly accommodated for, giving me a wonderful experience and left receiving everything I'd hoped for and more. The relaxation room after is brilliant, I highly recommend the berry and hibiscus tea, delicious. Overall an excellent experience I'd be willing to recommend to anyone. I will definitely return in the future as I'm lucky enough to be local to the area. Thank you to the team.
