Sea kayaking is one of the best ways to explore the coastline and islands of tropical north Queensland. We have amazing encounters with dolphins, turtles, stingrays and other marine life while paddling around history rich Double Island. Tours are offered year-round catering equally for those seeking a peaceful paddle or a bit of adventure. Our sunrise and half-day tours run daily. Paddling techniques and safety information are clearly explained and demonstrated. Our highly stable single and double, sit on top, kayaks are well suited for beginners to experienced kayakers. Each tour visits Double Island and includes fresh fruits, sweet treats and juices. Half-day tours include snorkelling.

The 5am wake up is worth it for a beautiful morning sunrise kayak. The guide is helpful and will match his speed to the slowest kayaker. We were lucky to have a still day and the sea was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Perfect end to...More

Booked the sunrise kayak tour just the day previously and already had a good feeling as Brad said that he would sort out the transfer from our hotel for a nominal charge. And sure enough he was ready to pick up myself and daughter early...More

Prices and itinerary are listed on the website, but I remember it being around $100AUD. And we kayaked for about 4 hours.
