Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went on a 2 day trip from Salta to Purmamarca and on the way we stopped at Alfarcito where there was a little church, a school and a small shop to buy handmade goods and a stop for tea. The school was really a surprise when we saw on the blackboard was algebra formulas in chalk. Here, in the middle of what seemed like nowhere!!! We also saw llama in a fenced in area. This was really very quaint.

The excursion to "Tren a las Nubes" stopped ther for a quick breakfast.

There is a small chapel, a craft shop, and a small stable with cute llamas.

Participating in the excursion to the La Polvorilla viaduct, we stopped at El Alfarcito to visit and we also had a breakfast prepared by the local people, included. The history and work of Father Chifri is incredible. It's worth knowing her! Go!

Stopped at this little town as part of a 'safari to the clouds'. The little town gleamed white, so much so many photographs seemed bleached out by the strong sun. The small church was the highlight. Handicrafts could be purchased nearby. The school children are boarded due to the great distances.
