Played late Oct '18 and was a rainy and windy day but with assistance from the very helpful staff and weather radar we finally goy on the course, 2 hours later. Very windy and the occasional showers but highly enjoyable course. Fairways can be narrow...More

It’s a tough course with some deep black sanded bunkers and long grass just off the fairway. We played on a sunny albeit windy winters day in July and loved it, as it is a links course you can pretty much guarantee that you will...More

This is a lovely course. Quite challenging as some fairways are not so wide and the rough is impenetrable in places. Greens in excellent condition. BUT, the clubhouse had the atmosphere of a funeral palour and Peter, the guy in the shop was the most...More

Overpriced for the standard of the course. Enjoyed the game, but certainly no Barn Bougle. Great coast views, if you are in the area then give it a go.

Muriwai is one of the most beautiful courses in the North Island, having played it several times. It is by no means easy: however, when you're on the course on a warm day there's always a breeze from the ocean and you can see wind...More

Auckland has only two Lynx course, Muriwai and Omaha, one on the east coast one on the west. Muriwai is a beautiful course, challenging into the wind as a luynx should be. You can hear the waves on at least half. A long straight drive...More
