Beautiful scenic lookout where I proposed to my wife 10 years ago!

After 10 years of happy marriage we decided to re-visit the lookout at Coolum where our journey started. We found that the area was very well looked after by the local council and toilet facilities have now been installed. Its a wonderful scenic lookout with views of stunning natural beauty to the south and north and is well worth a visit for a picnic or brisk walk up from Coolum beach.

Good facilities and coastal views

We enjoyed walking along the Coolum Coastal Boardwalk up to Wilkinson Park. Great views here each way along the coast from the viewing platform. Also good facilities with car parking, picnic shelter and public toilets.
